Our spacious vacation home is located in the prestigious Ironwood Country Club, a guard-gated community nestled in the foothills of the mountains sheltering it from the Desert Winds. This beautifully appointed 1654 sq ft single-story, spacious unit is fully equipped and furnished. It is a two bedroom, two bath + den villa with a wrap-around patio and is located on a quiet street with expansive lawns and numerous fruit trees. Our home is also very close to two community pools and spas.

This home has an open floor plan featuring a living room with fireplace and adjacent dining area. The kitchen is completely equipped should you wish to dine at home. There are two bedrooms, both with adjacent full baths. The Master Bedroom has a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, vanity area and large bathroom with separate tub, shower, and two sinks. The second bedroom features 2 single beds (or can be converted to a king bed) and an attached full bath. There are 3 TV's and we also offer free wireless internet throughout the condo and patios.

Our home is located 20 minutes from the airport, less than five minutes (approx. 1 mile) from the upscale El Paseo Shopping, and less than 1/4 mile from the Living Desert. There are many restaurants, golf courses, and the major shopping center of the Desert in close proximity. Compare our prices, they are very competitive!!

Ironwood Country Club is a premiere community with homes ranging from the $300’s to $5 million+ and is located in the heart of all the action that the Palm Springs area has to offer. There are many activities for people of all ages near our home including restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts, hiking trails, and the major shopping center of the Desert, El Paseo, in close proximity. Additionally, the Living Desert Zoo & Gardens is located next door to Ironwood.

Hi Laura, It was absolutely perfect in every way. I just got home late last night and planned to email you. I have also recommended your place to friends. We hope to be in touch in the future. Thank you for such a beautiful, clean house with absolutely everything we needed. Our daughter and new son-in-law had a hotel room but preferred staying with us - such a treat! Hi Laura, I just wanted to tell you what a great time we are having and that your desert home is just beautiful! The furnishing are wonderful and it is so comfortable. Having not been here before we have been mixing a little sightseeing with pool time and shopping/dining out. What a great break from the weather in Seattle! Hi Laura, How we loved our stay at your charming home! You certainly know how to make a vacation home perfect in every way- soft sheets, plenty of nice towels, comfy beds, no TV in the living room, everything clean, fresh, and well-thought out, and really, your sofa and matching leather chairs were something extra special. May you always have good, considerate renters that make you want to keep your home in tip top shape. It's surprising how similar homes at Ironwood, or I guess anywhere, can vary so much. Between my sisters, friends, and me you will definitely have future rentals with us. We are considering a return longer stay next spring. Thank you again. Sally PS It was nice working with you!
