Our spacious vacation home is located in the prestigious Ironwood Country Club, a guard-gated community nestled in the foothills of the mountains sheltering it from the Desert Winds. This beautifully appointed 1654 sq ft single-story, spacious unit is fully equipped and furnished. It is a two bedroom, two bath + den villa with a wrap-around patio and is located on a quiet street with expansive lawns and numerous fruit trees. Our home is also very close to two community pools and spas.
This home has an open floor plan featuring a living room with fireplace and adjacent dining area. The kitchen is completely equipped should you wish to dine at home. There are two bedrooms, both with adjacent full baths. The Master Bedroom has a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, vanity area and large bathroom with separate tub, shower, and two sinks. The second bedroom features 2 single beds (or can be converted to a king bed) and an attached full bath. There are 3 TV's and we also offer free wireless internet throughout the condo and patios.
Our home is located 20 minutes from the airport, less than five minutes (approx. 1 mile) from the upscale El Paseo Shopping, and less then 1/4 mile from the Living Desert. There are many restaurants, golf courses, and the major shopping center of the Desert in close proximity. Compare our prices, they are very competitive!!
