Casa de la Fuente is located in the prestigious gated community of Santa Carmella just two miles north of downtown Cabo San Lucas. In Santa Carmella, you are just minutes from world class golf, miles of beaches, downtown Cabo and some of the best blue water fishing on the planet. With 24-7 security at the entrance of Santa Carmella, you can be assured that your visit will be safe and uninterrupted.

Casa de la Fuente (home of the fountain) is beautifully situated over looking the Sea of Cortez. Our home offers exquisite ambiance. An elegant, warm villa featuring large kitchen and bar area, slab granite counter-tops, sub-zero and Viking appliances. Our home features 5500 sq. ft. of covered area, a heated pool, lush landscaping and numerous covered patio’s.

The master suite is in the main house. It includes a large walk in closet, King bed and master bath. Master bedroom #2 has a king bed and recently remodeled master bath. The “casita”, has two additional suites, each with full bath, TV, air conditioning, VCR and patio.

One casita suite has a king bed, while the other has two queen beds. The house will sleep 10 very comfortably. The center of the home is the massive “great room”. Off this room is a spacious circular granite bar with a refrigerator, wine rack and bar sink – great place to relax and enjoy your favorite beverage.

With dining facilities both inside and outside on the covered patio, the decision is yours. It is difficult to pass up the cool evening breeze, the expansive view and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach below.

The house is equipped with satellite TV, computer connection (bring your lap-top), Free long distance to the US, water sanitization system, central air and individual air for each of the bedrooms, DVD, stereo system, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, daily maid service, etc… Upon request, we can also provide: full time cook, grocery shopping, in home massage and almost anything else you might need.

Activities include world class golf, excellent fishing, scuba diving, four wheelers, surfing, sailing, tennis (on our own courts), sunset cruises, jogging, etc…. Our beautiful development of Santa Carmella has an ocean front recreation center with bar, bar-b-que and swimming pool for the residents and their guests only. Explore our own private beach with tide pools rich in marine life.

As part owner of the “Rantin N Ravin, a 31’ Bertram moored in the Cabo marina, we can put together a package for you that will include the use of our boat. We have a full time English speaking captain. “Javi” has been fishing in the Cabo area his entire life. Our boat placed 5th in the Bisbee in 2002, the largest Marlin fishing tournament in the world---thanks to Javi!

  • My family along with close friends just got back from Cabo and loved staying at Casa de la Fuente. It is absolutely beautiful and must be seen in person to fully appreciate its beauty. The views are stunning and we all loved the close walk to the beach and sitting on lounge chairs watching the waves crashing on the Sea of Cortez. We are a well travelled group but your home is without doubt the finest we have experienced. We all voted and agree this is our best vacation yet and we'd love the opportunity to stay at Casa de la Fuente again.

  • The Villa was spectacular! It had everything that you could want or need! Our group loved the pool and patio area in back to watch the whales, swim, relax and play games. The fully equipped kitchen was awesome and we ate most of our meals at the villa! Everyone in the group had a fantastic time. The rooms were nice and big and private. The location was great too and downtown Cabo was only a short ride away. However, as someone else mentioned, we had so much fun at the Villa that we did not go into town that much. Finally, the owner was a pleasure to work with and provided us with some great recommendations for activities!

  • WOW !!! This was a fantastic vacation. It is like having your own private resort. You never need to leave the house! The house itself is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool, BBQ, and fireplace each and every day. Downtown Cabo is a short cab ride away, making it easy and accessible. But, we found it difficult to leave Casa de la Fluente. The minute you walk in you begin to relax. The owners were very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. From our evenings out on the deck listening to music and watching the gorgeous sunsets, to fishing on their boat, this vacation will always be one of our most cherished memories. We had an unbelievable time out fishing. We took the dorado we caught to a nearby restaurant and they cooked it three different ways for us. We give it Five Stars and would highly recommend Casa de la Fuente to anyone. It has everything anyone could want. The only thing we would have changed is the length of our stay. One week was too short.
