This large, three bedroom condo, located in the beautiful resort community of Pelican Landing, is just what you need to make your stay in southwest Florida most relaxing and enjoyable. This condo has all of the comforts of home and so much more!
Pelican Landing, a gated and secured community in Bonita Springs, is centrally located in southwest Florida and just 20 minutes from Ft. Myers Airport. Not only are you just minutes away from the beautiful beaches and golf courses that Bonita Springs has to offer, but you are just down the road from other popular tourist destinations like Sanibel Island, Naples, Ft. Myers Beach and Marco Island.
Pelican Landing has a reputation for providing its guests with an amazing array of top notch amenities. There is a shuttle boat that will whisk you away to a private island beach where you will find an attractive, elevated beach house with sunning decks, restrooms, showers, and picnic pavilions. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided. Other amenities include a pool and whirlpool spa, canoeing and kayaking, a fitness center, tennis courts and sailing. And as a guest, all of this is included with your stay.
This beautiful three bedroom condo sleeps 8. The master bedroom and a guest bedroom are furnished with queen size beds. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds and there is a sofa bed in the living area. Bed and bath linens are provided. There are 3 televisions (1 TV is an LCD-HD) located in the unit, as well as, a DVD player and wireless internet access. This condominium is fully equipped with all of the necessities and accessories that are essential to making your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. It also includes all of the beach essentials - beach towels and chairs, boogie boards and life vests for kids, beach toys and a cooler...
The back deck that extends off of the lanai is a nice bonus feature which enhances the lanai area and is nice for entertaining. Although this is a first floor unit, the lanai and deck are raised off the ground and surrounded by lush plants and vegetation, giving you privacy and enhancing the overall aesthetics of the condo.

About the owner: My husband and I love to travel and have visited Florida many, many times over the years. We both enjoy it because we feel that it has plenty to offer. In Florida, you can travel a few hours in any direction and you will always find a magnificant place to enjoy or something unique and exciting to do. When we are in Florida, we like to travel around and explore as many regions as we can. You meet people from all over the world when you visit Florida. We wanted our children to enjoy the experience that is Florida. Being from Naperville, Illinois, they don't seem to mind the road trip to get there. They love the beaches and the theme parks, but their preference seems to be the swimming pools. Can't seem to get them out of those swimming pools! We feel very fortunate that our family is able to enjoy Florida.

Pelican Landing offered the security we were looking for, we liked the aesthetics, and the staff and employees at Pelican Landing have been very helpful and professional every step of the way. We are very pleased with our decision to invest in Pelican Landing.
Within minutes of the condo, there are beautiful beaches to enjoy, great shopping and golf courses and some of the best restaurants in the area. The fact that the condo is centrally located in southwest Florida is truly one if its best features.
