Destin, Florida is a shoppers dream with several great shopping complexes for you to choose from.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall has over 100 stores, here you will find your favorites such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Liz Claiborne, Lenox & Nike - just to name a few. When dining for lunch, chose from Panera Bread, Cheeseburger in Paradise or Carrabba's Italian Grill. Ciao Bella is a good choice too if you would like to enjoy their outdoor seating.
At the Destin Commons Outdoor mall you will enjoy such great stores as Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic, Belk, Books-A-Million & Maui Nix Surf Shop to mention a few. Stop for lunch to eat at the Hard Rock Café, Panera Bread, or Sushi Siam. More than just shopping the Destin Commons Center Plaza offers a soft-play kids playground and a 49-head pop fountain. Community activities and entertainment are held here through the year at Destin Commons. Rave Motion Pictures is also housed at Destin Commons to catch the latest releases.
Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resorts is one of the areas hot spots for fun & entertainment. The village offers wonderful dining and specialty stores as well as great festivals & events that are held at the Market Shops Green or at the Center Plaza within the Village.
Grande Boulevard is a great outdoor mall that offers great stores such as Billabong, Sanctuary, J Jills, Brooks Brothers Country Club, J. Crew-at-the-beach, Sunglass Hut, & Tommy Bahamas' Emporium as well as great dining at Tommy Bahamas'. To me Grand Boulevard is tops with their restaurants, From upscale dining at Fleming’s, Great outdoor dining overlooking the fountain Cantina Laredo, great seafood at Mitchell’s Fish Market or Chinese Food at PF Changs, I do believe you can find any taste that you are looking for here!
For some family fun The Track Amusement Center in Destin, Florida offers mini golf, Water Bumper Boats, go-carts & for those not faint of heart, Bungee Jumping.
Big Kahuna’s Water Park is a favorite for young & old a like. It's great for those warm beach day when you would like a change of scenery from the beach. The newest attraction is the Honolulu Half Pipe, part surfing & part skateboarding. It's a great way to spend the day. Big Kahuna's also has Adventure Rides such as the Sky Coaster and Mini Golf Too!
The Harborwalk is also a great place to watch the sunset and also to the see the fishermen bring in their daily catches.
