CROWN RANCH HAVEN – 4 BEDROOMS/4 BATHS (SLEEPS 11-13)
Prominently positioned on a hill in Elkhorn, this spacious and elegantly decorated home offers comfort in every room. The entry leads to a grand living area, with cozy seating around the fireplace, and an enormous kitchen, with all the amenities for your entertaining needs; Wolf stove, pull out SubZero refrigerator drawers, and an oversized working island where the guests can stand, sip and chat with the cook. There are views galore and an entry out to a sunny deck, where seating can be done on the right days, both winter and summer. On this level there is a guest bedroom with queen bunks and a separate twin bed with a adjoining full bath. A mud room is just around the corner, with entry from a two car heated garage.
Down the stairs you have a TV room with sectional sofa, as well as a wine cellar and a full bath. One guest bedroom at this level has two full beds, with its own full bath, and the other guest bedroom has a king bed with its own bath, as well. A laundry room is also at this level.
From the main entry level, going up stairs, you find a magnificent master suite with fireplace and king bed, a huge walk-in closet, and a large Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.
And for the whole gang, there is a hot tub on the deck. This is truly a vacation haven not to be missed!
