Good Location from town

We stayed at Quittin' Time Condo in mid-March for 5 days and had a great time. I only rated it good, because personally, nothing is excellent. Susan the manager was great and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Thanks, Susan! The only drawback was that nowhere in the description of the condo was mentioned that you have to climb 140 steps up to the street where the condo is located from Main Street in town. Then there are four flights of stairs up to the condo itself which is on five levels. After the first day or so, my legs adjusted and actually it was fine. (I think I lost some weight), but for someone with problems negotiating stairs, it might be an issue. The condo was very clean, the baths and kitchen updated nicely and the beds very comfortable. The couch could stand to be replaced. We had three laptops and the internet service worked well. We had a one year old and with the help of some big floor pillows that were in the living room area, we were able to block off an area so it was like a big play pen. I would suggest to the owners that a pack-and-play be made available to renters who have small children, because my son and his wife had to cart one from home. (I guess they could have rented one) The ski-in - ski-out feature was wonderful and most everyone was able to ski/snowboard down to the town lift in the morning and a "Quittin' Time" ski right back to the condo. The snow was very good as it snowed twice while we were there and St. Patricks Day was a blast. All in all I'd rent this place again, if and when we ever ski Park City again.
Owner response:Just to be clear, the 140 steps are down to Main Street - not to the street level of the condo. The condo is two flights of stairs above Main Street and located on Woodside Avenue. This condo is ski in/out - built right onto the side of the mountain, so it has direct ski access to Park City Mountain Resort. We agree that the couch needs to be replaced - and will do so - it is only 3 years old, but the upholstery has some snags. If cribs, toys, highchairs are needed we like to recommend Baby's Away - they provide great rentals for all your baby's needs. Thanks for the review!

Spring Break 2010

2 families (4 adults, 3 girls around age 12 and a 14 year old boy) stayed here for Spring Break 2010. It was cozy, not crowded and not roomy bus just right. The location is very good. You do ski in and out. The problem is the door for this is through one of the bedrooms. If the person in that room was sleeping or napping it was awkward going through the room to come in and out of the back of the condo. The other draw back is their is no hot tub which our family likes to use after a day of skiing. There is a steam/sauna thing in one of the bathrooms that is teeny-tiny. It worked but it isn't the same as a hot tub. Because of this we will look for a different place to stay this year. If this place had a hot tub we would probably go back. The door through the bed room is a little weird if you can get past that.

Great Location. Excellent view of fireworks at Deer Valley and Park City from our deck. Easy accessability to downtown. Approximately 100 steps to access ski trail in and out. Rooms were not quite as large as they appeared in pictures. Overall, great vacation for our group of 8 people.

Wonderful place with a fantastic location. A quick walk to the Park City's historic downtown. Comfortable beds and great showers. Skied down to the town lift to start our first day skiing. Loved it! The owners made checking out a breeze as well. Would return in a heartbeat!

condo is beautiful and very well stocked with linens and all the supplies you could ever need. it is ski-in/ski-out but ski -in is a bit challenging even for intermediate. town steps are located very close by though, so you can walk up to the run or down to the town.

Beautiful Condo and great location. The place is a little small for 12 people would be best for 8-10. However, we all had a fabulous time!
Owner response:The comment about 12 adults is true - we recommend 8/10 adults, and 2 kids in the trundle bed. Thanks!
