Our Vacation Home was built in 2008. It is a loft style home that is located in Laclede, which is between Priest River and Sandpoint (if you are familiar with Laclede, the home is located about ¼ mile from the park).
The home has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a ¾ bathroom that is attached to the master bedroom, an extra sleeping loft, vaulted ceilings, and a deck. Of course there is also air conditioning should you need it.
The property has 180 feet of frontage on the Pond Oreille River, we are located on the Riley Creek Side of the river, which is about a 5 minute boat ride out to the main river. There is plenty of room to play, as the property is over an acre. There is a fire pit, room for tents or RV’s, good fishing, and a 6’ X 20’ Dock. This is a great place to vacation and relax!!
