Our beautiful and spacious split-level townhouse with a one car garage is located across the street from one of the acclaimed top ten beaches in the world. Siesta Key Beach is known for its white powdery sand that never gets hot. Siesta Key Beach offers tennis courts, volleyball courts, picnic tables, grills, snack bar and playground area for children.
Our spacious first floor unit (approximately 1400 sq ft) has a large living room (16x24) with high ceilings that gives you an open and airy feeling when you walk in the door. There are ceiling fans through out the entire unit. The living room has a large balcony that overlooks the lake. There is a 45' Flat screen TV, VCR/DVD player, and a stereo/CD player for your entertainment. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa if you need additional sleeping space.
The formal dining room (12x12) seats 6 comfortably and overlooks the lower level living room.
The master bedroom (12x16) also has high ceilings and sliding doors to the balcony that overlooks the lake. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a new matress & box springs, TV, dressing area with mirrored closet doors, ladies vanity and master bath.
The second bedroom (12x12) has twin beds, TV, large closet and its own bathroom.
The fully equipped eat in kitchen (12x12) also offers a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, George Foreman grill, air popcorn machine and etc. You should find everything in the kitchen that you would need.
The unit includes a one car garage (with garage door opener) that is located right below the unit. We also have some chairs, floats, beach toys and two bikes in the garage for your use.
Our House At The Beach offers a large pool (heated), two private tennis courts, large open gazebo with tables/chairs and a grill if you wish to grill out during your stay. You can enjoy the sun by the pool or relax in the shade under the gazebo.
Island activities include jet skiing, fishing, boating (boat rentals), kayaking, parasailing, or just walking on the beach enjoying the beautiful white sandy beach and the beautiful sunsets. The sunsets are MAGNIFICENT! They also have a weekly drum circle on the beach every Sunday night at sunset.
You will want to go to Siesta Village where they have numerous nice restaurants and shops. Enjoy island style nightlife with some dancing or just listen to the band. The village is within walking distance (moderate walk) or a 3-minute drive.
Downtown Sarasota is only 10 minutes away. There you can enjoy many fine restaurants, shopping, performing arts centers, opera, ballet, and symphony. If you are a golfer, Sarasota has numerous golf courses to choose from.
If amusement parks are in your plans Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo, and Tampa Aquarium are approximately one hour away. Disney, Universal, Epcot, and Sea World are approximately two hours away.

We enjoyed our stay at this property being so close to the beach and a short drive to many restaurants. It was well equiped, clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. The second bedroom is quite small and noisy being so close to the road, so keep that in mind if you have light sleepers. But otherwise we had a nice time there and felt at home. We loved the all day shaded patio overlooking a small pond with a fountain and had many enjoyable cocktail hours out there.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

We wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our stay at your townhouse. It was clean and in a great location. We also wanted you to know that we have left things as we found them. The laundry is done - we did not put the sheets back on the beds so you would be sure they were washed. We left napkins, cups, & zip lock bags. The dishes are done also. Thank you so much for such a great vacation. The condo was beautiful, clean and perfectly situated for short walks to the beach. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. The unit is very comfortable and we felt very much at home! We enjoyed the beach, the pool and the grounds. Has been a wonderful getaway from Pa. for Christmas. Your condo is great and very well maintained. We had 5 great days on the beach. Our boys agree!
