A split double driveway is perfect for multiple vehicles, boat trailer, campers, or Sea Dogs. NO PARKING PASSES! Plenty of room for entertaining. There is a large area with lattice framing on the ground level with seating area and barbeque grill for outside enjoyment. An enclosed hot and cold water shower is in this outside area. On this same ground level is a large entertainment room with TV and bar, perfect for fun and games.
Upstairs on the main level is your large open family room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The Sleeper sofa offers extra sleeping space. The bedroom on this level has its own private bath room. There is another 1/2 bath with an extra large capacity separate washer and dryer for your convenience. Everything you could possibly want.
On the top level are two more bedrooms with a large bath off the hallway. Each bedroom has a TV and a double sized mattress stored in the closet for easy access for extra sleeping room. Upstairs offers ocean view off south balcony with plenty of room for sunbathing or just relaxing. Double French doors open up to this balcony off upstairs south bedroom. The Lagoon body of water is to the west of the house. You have a large front porch.
