Our beach front condo on the fifth floor of the South Beach Building in Seapointe Village has spectacular views of the ocean from the wrap-around balcony, the living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom. Enjoy the sight and sound of the waves! With 1530 square feet of living space, this three bedroom unit comfortably accommodates 8 people.
Seapointe Village is located in Diamond Beach, New Jersey and is an exclusive, gated community set on 17 acres of beautifully landscaped and maintained ocean front property with a privately owned beach. 24 hour security is provided and Seapointe Village offers many features to make you feel like you are vacationing at a resort including 4 pools, 6 hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court, a health and fitness center and a Beach Grill that also provides service to the pool areas. In addition to the hot tubs near each pool, there are also BBQ grills for your use. The beach is just steps away from the building as you follow the wooden path through the dunes to the sandy beach.
Each pool is a unique setting with some kiddie and toddler areas, quiet places for adults and attractive features including a waterfall at the large beach side pool. All pool facilities are open from May-October.
Seapointe Village is just minutes from the Wildwood Boardwalk, the Convention Center and many water activities. Just south of Seapoint Village is the bridge leading to Cape May.
In the Living Room, sliding doors lead to the wrap-around balcony where you can enjoy the ocean while sipping your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails or just sit and enjoy a book. The sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper. And the large flat screen TV with many cable channels and a DVD player is a great place for the family to gather.
The Dining Room seats 6 people and the eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for your family unless you prefer to avoid the kitchen and visit any of the many restaurants in the surrounding area.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and a small sitting area. A spacious master bath with a jacuzzi tub is located within the Master Suite. There is a private door to the balcony as well. This room has its own TV with many cable channels and DVD player.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom, which is connected to the second bathroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV with many cable channels.
We provide all linens and towels. The condo has its own laundry room with a large washer and dryer.
You will be provided with 8 beach/pool tags, 2 gate passes and 2 parking permits to park in the garage that is located below the building.
No smoking and no pets are allowed.
