Located in the intimate golf community of Woodhaven, our 1400 square ft, single story condominium is equipped with all the amenities you could want for a perfect desert vacation. The gorgeous 18 hole golf, par 70, course offers discounted rates to Woodhaven residents and guests who are also welcome to enjoy the newly renovated clubhouse and the fitness center ... all of which are within walking distance. For the tennis enthusiast, Woodhaven has 8 newly surfaced tennis courts, four of which are lighted. The community of Woodhaven is located in a very convenient location with surrounding views of the majestic San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountains. Nearby are the classic La Quinta Resort and Spa and the gorgeous Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa as well as countless restaurants and inviting golf courses.
We have taken great care to ensure that our desert home feels like a permanent residence. We have wireless internet service for you to use and we are open to you bringing your small pet. The soaring ceilings and Mexican tiles create a very open floor plan. The newly remodeled kitchen in November 2012 has granite counter tops and is very well equipped so that cooking any type of meal is a delight. The great room is decorated in a contemporary theme with a high definition flat screen television and CD/DVD player. Our cool eastern exposure patio overlooks the 10th and 11th holes, and one of the four swimming pools is directly across the street. Our home is perfect for two couples with one king and one queen sized bed and two complete baths.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodhaven. Kari was easy to work with (I like to communicate via email) and everything was exactly as represented. We have stayed in Palm Springs/Palm Desert for a month at a time for the past several years and Woodhaven was our favorite so far. We would walk the neigborhood each day at least once with our dog and met many others doing the same. The area is close to all kinds of dining. The condo itself is very comfortable as had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners.

About the owner: I own the property with a friend. We love to vacation there and we annually attend the Pacific Life (now the Paribas) Tennis Tournament. We had been vacationing there for many years prior to purchasing our Woodhaven home.We love the way being in the desert just relaxes us and we find the Woodhaven folks to be friendly and great neighbors.
Why the Owner Chose Woodhaven Country Club:
We love to golf and play tennis. Being in the desert is very relaxing for us. When we were looking to buy a property, we were impressed with the Woodhaven facilities and also enjoyed the smaller size of the complex.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We were pleasantly surprised by the fact that owners and renters can play the Woodhaven course without being club members. In so many other communities, you have to be a country club member to play there. We are also impressed by the reasonable green fees, the frequent special golf packages and and the willingness for the tennis staff to set up matches.
