Luxurious newly remodeled 2 Bed+/2 Bath Condo in the heart of Old Town Park City. This Victorian Village charmer has 2 Queen beds along with a sleeper sofa in the living room area. Sleeps 4-6. A darling spiral staircase separates the upper and lower levels. Snowy winter nights are wonderful to enjoy with a living room fireplace, flat screen TV, stereo with Ipod dock, Broadband internet and Wi-Fi. A beautiful fully furnished granite counter top kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes cooking or entertaining a breeze. Outdoor parking included although with the location it rarely is needed. A shared hot tub and sauna are located in the large newly remodeled clubhouse. Coin operated laundry facilities also located there.

2 Minute Walk to Library Center Theatre during the Sundance Film Festival.

Only a 5 minute walk to Park City Mountain Ski Resort, Park City Municipal Golf Course, and extensive Cross Country Ski Trails. Only a 10 minute walk to Historic Park City Main Street with renowned shopping, galleries, and numerous top rated restaurants. However for tired legs, only a 1 minute walk is needed to access the Free Shuttle bus to downtown, Park City Ski Resort, The Canyons Ski Resort, or Deer Valley Ski Resort.
