Come and enjoy our beautiful second home located in a quiet, wooded, Old Mammoth neighborhood. This is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3+ bathroom home built in 2008. Enjoy the solitude of Old Mammoth in your own fully-equipped custom home away from the hustle and bustle of the immediate resort area, yet only a few minutes from Chair 15 (Little Eagle) or the Village Gondola.
Upstairs, you will enjoy the great room with fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room seating for 8-10 guests, Apple iMAC computer, and Entertainment center with 52" Sony Bravia flat-screen TV, Sony Blu-Ray disc player (also plays DVD and CD disks), iPOD dock, and surround B&W high-end sound system. Decks are off both the front (with gas BBQ) and rear of the house surrounded by mature evergreen pines. The master suite is also located upstairs, elegantly furnished with "Hooker Furniture" California King bed, down comforter, cozy sheets, gas fireplace, and master bathroom suite, including Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.
Downstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms. The large downstairs California King bedroom features "Hooker Furniture", down comforter, cozy sheets and private bathroom. This suite opens up to the rear deck with a view of the forest. The second downstairs bedroom features a Queen bedroom with down comforter, cozy sheets and access to the rear deck.
This bedroom shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom is set up as an Office/Den with a separate home entertainment theatre featuring a second 52" Sony flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. This Entertainment center also features a Sony Blu-Ray disc player, iPOD dock and surround B&W high-end sound system. Furnished with an elegant leather couch and recliner, this large room also can be set up with a Queen airbed for your additional guests.
Additional features you will enjoy in our fine home include access to a 2-car garage, mud room entry, washer/dryer in laundry room, wireless Internet access throughout the home, Cable TV and VOIP telephone service. Our home also features distressed Hardwood and Slate flooring, high-grade carpets in bedrooms, stone fireplaces, stainless appliances, double ovens, slab granite counters/backsplashes in kitchen and master bath, knotty alder cabinetry, mission-style doors, and upgraded fixtures throughout.

Mike, What a beautiful home you have. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The kids loved sledding in the back after a day on the mountain. We hope to rent from you in the future.

Beautiful, well-appointed luxury home which easily accommodated our group. I've stayed in many nice mountain homes, but this one can't be beat! Loved the wonderful kitchen, the spacious great room and the private,yet convenient location. the beds are luxurious and the tasteful furnishings really give this home a top notch feel. I hope to visit many times.

We’re sure glad our choice was this house. It was extremely thought out with state of the art everything! It is very roomy, relaxing and the location was great. We all felt very comfortable and would recommend as a great place to enjoy a vacation.

My husband and I and our 2 kids just stayed at this gorgeous home with another family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is furnished with first-class EVERYTHING. I would stay here again and totally recommend it to anyone wanting a really special place to vacation.
