Two Bedroom, Two Bath Condo in a brand new building, Seaview. Enjoy access to the private beach only 5 minutes away. Gigantic, beautiful community pool and hot tub. This two bedroom condo has all the amenities of home.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and is beautifully decorated. It opens up to the balcony overlooking the intercoastal and gulf. The master bath has a large tub and shower with a walk-in closet. The second bedroom accommodates a queen and twin beds and also has a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom opens to a second private balcony. The second bath has a tub/shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa and opens up to a balcony with an intercoastal/gulf view. The kitchen is brand new with stainless steel appliances.
This is a very clean and well cared for condominium. The health club with sauna is available for use. There is also a community room with pool table, sofas, and television. Our unit is on the 5th floor.
This is a secure building. There are two elevators and well as stairs. Our unit has an assigned parking spot. It is a beautiful and well kept building.

My husband and I, along with my sister and her husband just stayed here for a week. It was wonderful. The condo is beautiful, the amenities are fabulous and the view is peaceful. Owner was so nice and friendly to communicate with. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I stayed at this new condo and found it to be beauitiful with many amenities, including upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. It is very clean and well decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. The building has a pool,spa,fitness center,club room and other features. We had a wonderful time and would recomend it to everyone.Did you find this review helpful? $2300-2400/month 2010 and 2011 50% deposit when reserved. Balance 30 days prior to check-in date. Weekly rate is $575-$650 plus the $100 cleaning fee. Security deposit $300.
