Looking for a relaxing break from winter this is the place. Master bedroom has separate closet and bathroom and overlooks the golf course and one of many lakes. 2nd BR has two double beds. Tastefully decorated throughout including wood floors for the extra clean feeling, and fully equipped. Available for monthly rental only during peak season. The property is located minutes from Naples and 1 and half hours from Fort Lauderdale or Tampa for those day trips.

Fully furnished with everything you would need. Price includes electric and water. There is a $200 transfer fee for use of amenities.

2011 special - we are fully booked for high season Jan 2011 - March 2011 but we are able to rent the unit any other time for one month for a very low price of $1200. You pick the month its available and its yours.

We are taking reservations for the 2011-2012 seasons
