"OCEAN BREEZE" a wonderful and cozy oceanfront home located mid-island, with spectacular ocean front views from living room, master bedroom, second bedroom, screened porch, deck, kitchen and dining areas! Steps away from peaceful beach walking, wading, shelling, birding and swimming! Incredibly large screened porch and deck furnished with ample outdoor seating, rocking chairs and overlooking the ocean! House also has a fantastic outdoor deck for sunbathing along with a picnic table w/ umbrella overlooking the ocean. The entire house was renovated in November 2007! Updated kitchen with new appliances, lighting, and Corian countertops. Inside of home and all bedrooms/baths painted November 2008. All linens, comforters beach decor has been updated and the home is beautifully accessorized. Cable TV w/ DVD in family room along with cable t.v.'s in most bedrooms. Ocean Breeze also equipped with high-speed wireless, internet access.
Ocean front master bedroom has it's own private bath and king-size bed! "Ocean Breeze" has a second bedroom...with incredible ocean front views and is furnished with a full-size and single bed. Another bedroom has a double and single bed and the 4th bedroom comes with two single beds. Two "beach decor" renovated bathrooms w shared tub/shower, service the three bedrooms. Queen-size automatic inflatable mattress is available for extra sleeping, plus Pack 'n Play available for child. All comforters, linens, towels, drapes and accessories have been updated in a fun and sophisticated beach theme!
We manage our home like a hotel and furnished all the baths with soap and towels. Our property manager lives on the Island to ensure everything runs smoothly during your vacation.
Gas grill, two great bikes, cast net, crab nets, sand toys, boogie boards and beach towels are included with the rent! Terrific golf cart is available for rent. Covered parking for five cars! Linens are also included.
FRIPP ISLAND: Private, gated island with two championship golf courses and practice facilities. Pro instruction. Tennis complex with full service and instruction. Two pool complexes with amenities for children. Restaurants on and nearby off island. Marina with docking, rental boats, and charter fishing.
