"OCEAN BREEZE" a wonderful,cozy and pet friendly oceanfront home located mid-island, with spectacular ocean front views from living room, master bedroom, second bedroom, screened porch, deck, kitchen and dining areas! Incredibly large screened porch and deck furnished with ample outdoor seating, rocking chairs all overlooking the ocean! Ocean Breeze also has a fantastic outdoor deck for sunbathing along with a picnic table w/ umbrella facing the ocean. The entire home has been renovated. New bedroom & family room furniture,updated kitchen with Corian countertops. Inside of home and all bedrooms/baths have been freshly painted. All linens, comforters beach decor has been updated and the home is beautifully accessorized. Flat screen TVs throughtout w/ Cable & DVD in family room. Wi-fi internet access.
Ocean front master bedroom has it's own private bath and king-size bed! "Ocean Breeze" has a second bedroom...with incredible ocean front views and is furnished with a Q-size and twin bed. Another bedroom has a two double beds and 4th bedroom comes with two single beds. Two "beach decor" renovated bathrooms w shared tub/shower, service the three bedrooms. Queen-size automatic inflatable mattress is available for extra sleeping, plus Pack 'n Play available for child. All comforters, linens, towels, drapes and accessories have been updated in a fun and sophisticated beach theme!
For weekly rentals and minimum 3-night stay....Ocean Breeze comes with an Island golf cart and furnished with towels/linens, toiletrees and amenity cards all included!
Gas grill,cast net, crab nets, sand toys, boogie boards are included as well with your rent! . Covered parking for six cars!
FRIPP ISLAND: Private, gated island with two championship golf courses and practice facilities. Pro instruction. Tennis complex with full service and instruction. Two pool complexes with amenities for children. Wonderful restaurants and food court are on the island. Marina with docking, rental boats, and charter fishing. By far, this was the best vacation our family has taken. Fripp Island has so much to offer we hardly had time to see and experience it all in less than 4 days. The location was perfect in the middle of the Island and on the beach. You definitely need the Golf Cart and it put our kids to sleep every time - great before naps and bedtime! The Island is flooded with deer and we loved seeing them in the mornings when we open the blinds or driving around in the golf cart. There are also great bike/running paths as well. So much to see and do! The house was perfect for our family and almost every room has an amazing view of the Ocean. Not to mention the great screened in porch and deck to grill on. This house has it all and we will definitely be back! Thank you for making this the most memorable family trip and for being so willing and flexible to work with us. You were great and we will be back!

We've stayed at Ocean Breeze for many years. The new owners have done a wonderful job of freshening the home. At the same time its family appeal, its location to the beach and other conveniences will keep us coming back. A great family vacation.....

Our stay was great, the house was comfortable, and Fripp Island really is beautiful. being in the house at the Oceans door, is really the best experience you can have for a relaxing vacation.
