Year Purchased: 2007
We purchased our condo in the desert as a get-a-way from the long, gray, winter days of the Pacific Northwest and a place to share with family and friends. As we edge closer to retirement, this condo gives us a comfortable and convenient place to call home. We immediately relax just walking in the front door and minutes later we settle out on the secluded patio near the fragrant citrus trees and welcome the desert warmth.
Why the Owner Chose Other Palm Springs, Central Properties
Our location was convenient for us, just 5 miles from the Palm Springs Airport and just 1 mile to downtown. We like to be near activities, dining, and all that a desert city has to offer. We prefer less driving and a feeling of belonging rather than the bustle of a hotel, timeshare, or resort style property.
