All three bedrooms are beautifully furnished with queen sized beds. One of the bedrooms also has a futon with an inner spring mattress for comfortable sleeping. A TV is located in the kitchen and can be viewed from the dining room. A second TV with DVD player is found in the living area. The living room is cozy and relaxing with a fireplace and a view of the lake through the patio door.
The deck on the lake side of the house is large and complete with 6 chairs and 3 tables. The property has a very nice dock with a ladder for getting in and out of the water. If you like to fish you will surely enjoy the benches for "sittin' & fishin'". It even has a fish cleaning station with a double sink on the dock!
The nearby town of Livingston has a Wal-Mart, HEB & several other stores and some fine restaurants.

My family and I just rented this house for Memorial Day. We had a wonderful time, and the house was great. The neighbors were all friendly and helpful. The property was very clean, and we will for sure recommend this property to our friends and relatives.
