Live in privacy and enjoy a casual stroll (half mile) to one of Florida's nicest and cleanest public beaches.
The incredible nightlife, shopping, galleries, tennis, golf, and of course beaches have all made Delray Beach a popular destination.
My cottage is located 3/4 mile north, and 1/2 mile West of the intersection of A1A and Atlantic Ave. FYI: A1A and Atlantic is where Boston's Bar/restaurant and the Marriott Hotel are located. You'll need about a month to test all the local restaurants on Atlantic Ave. If you feel like shopping after eating then Atlantic Ave is the place to be.
There is a monthly, Jazz on the Ave., (Atlantic Ave), festival where the streets are closed off and the bands take over the streets for a wonderful time. The festival is normally on the third Thursday of each month.

Year Purchased: 1997
I moved to Florida from the Boston area in 1991 and after seeing most of the State I decided to call Delray Beach my home. And now after 18 years in the Merchant Marine, I'm almost ready to start using my rental cottage myself.
Why the Owner Chose Delray Beach
Delray Beach has a great small town atmosphere with one of the best beaches on the East Coast of the United States. There are festivals throughout the year and plenty of Golf, Tennis, wind surfing, and many other activities to occupy your time. It's not too crowded, not too quiet, with fantastic restaurants, it's just right.

Peaceful, peaceful, and peaceful are ways to describe my ever changing property. At night, light the torches, grill some food, relax on the hammock, or take a walk to the beach.
