12th floor East Tower location is in the center of the resort and overlooks resort pools and is convenient to the state of the art work out facility, parking garage crosswalk, and Riptide poolside snack bar. All three are located in the EAST tower.
Your family will feel quite at home here. It is only 2.2 minutes away from the new Pier Park shopping center where you can eat at many great resturants including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville or the Back Porch. Quiet side of Panama City Beach and very kid friendly which is great for our 11yr old and 2yr old !! Many of the newest properties and retail shops in Panama City Beach are located near Splash. The water park built into the resort is one of a kind and unlike any other property we've ever seen!

Brad was wonderful to work with...flexible with dates, worked with us on rates, and very quick to respond to e-mails! WONDERFUL - and thank you it was a pleasure!! The condo??...EXACTLY as pictured - clean, tastefully decorated, and had just about everything you could need on a vacation (Brad I would add some plastic, acrylic, or melamine cups/dinnerware to your collection and possibly some hangers for the closets). Splash...FuN but in the busy season I could DEFFINITLY see how the elevator wait could be too much to handle and the walk from the parking garage to the elevators is a bit much with 3 kids and luggage/groceries when you can't find a luggage cart. Best Beach Getaways (the rental company that you actually book through)...TERRIBLE!! we actually got locked out of our room...from 10am-1pm with 3 kids =). My cell phone/paperwork was locked in the room (seeing that we were swimming and i didn't carry it all down to the pool with me) and the SPLASH staff couldn't help us. b/c I only dealt with BBG when signing the actual contract I couldn't remember the name and when I finally did the front desk did connect me to them but they were unapologetic to say the least...they did reset my room code but after being locked out for nearly 3hrs I was a "bit" annoyed. the reason we were locked out?? "well, whom ever issued your initial code had you checking out a day early" (brilliant!!) and to insure that this doesn't happen to someone else..."well mam, you should have carried your paperwork with you (down to the beach! LoL) and called us" (again - brilliant!). Sooo...Would I work with Brad again? Absolutely!! Did my kids LOVE it? Hands Down!! Would i rent this condo again? Yes. Would I stay at SPLASH again? Yes, but not in June/July. Would I recommend using Best Beach Getaways? Absolutely NOT - Courtney/Katherine need some help in customer service, organization, and people skills - heck maybe life skills. Oh...and a side note - the building that we stayed in last summer (which happens to be 2 doors down from SPLASH) unfortunately burned down due to what they thought was an improperly cleaned dryer vent - CLEAN THE LINT TRAPS!! (but unfortunately those dryers were FILLED with sand so they were unusable last year when we stayed)...maybe make sure that your cleaning co. checks them - ours at SPLASH were fine and worked well but just something to watch out for!...and restaurants?? Margaritaville/Reggae J's - pathetically average and over priced!

Wow, what a huge blessing this week at the Apartment was. It was by far one of the best maintained places my family has stayed in. Not only is splash a great resort for all ages, that is so convenient in all aspects. The owners are friendly, easy to deal with and no doubt look after their property like it was their child. We will return soon.

My family and I had a wonderful Fall Break vacation at this Splash condo. The condo was beautifully furnished- one of the nicest we've ever stayed in, and we had everything we needed to make our week stay great. Our view of the beautiful blue Gulf water was incredible. The owners were very responsive to us and made the VRBO rental an easy process. We will definitely return to this condo in the future. Thanks again- we really enjoyed our stay!

I can't express how impressed our party of seven was with this property. We have stayed in Ritz Carlton and many other fine hotels, but we prefer this unit to all. It is beautifully decorated, clean, convenient, and just as comfortable as home. There was something for everybody in our group which ranged in age from 7 to 63. Our week flew by and we intend to return again and again.
