Professionally decorated! Everyone loves this free-standing villa located in a private neighborhood on the 18th fairway of the Links Golf Course in the prestigious Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort... just minutes from the beach.
This is an opportunity for discerning vacationers to surround themselves with lush trees, lagoons, walking trails, bike paths, and all the pleasures of sun and beach. Sandestin is a premier world-class resort with 24-hour gated security located along the top-rated beaches of Destin, Florida, where turquoise waters and sugar-white sands dazzle the eye and lift the spirit.
Everyone delights in feeding the fish, turtles, and ducks from the deck overlooking the pond. Families enjoy cookouts and it is just as easy to cast away your cares as it is to cast a fishing line from the deck. Or, take the family out... excellent seafood restaurants abound in the area.
For those who want a quiet getaway, this home is very private amongst the exciting hustle and bustle of the resort. The Baytowne Marina boasts over 12 restaurants and many specialty shops. Once you arrive in the gates, you will never have to leave.

July 2 - 9th, 2011. Marlene - you have a beautiful home and we thank you for allowing us to use it. Within 10 minutes of our arrival, my husband caught a fish off the back deck! Needless to say, he was "hooked". Everything we could have needed or asked for was provided. The home is well maintained, very clean and comfortable. The weather was wonderful and the crowds were not too large. We had such a fabulous time that (as you are aware) we are all checking our calendars to book another week next summer. Thanks again!! We loved this villa and the resort. No matter how busy the resort got, we were able to come back to a quiet retreat and just kick back. I especially like fishing off the deck, and I'm not one of the children - - I am the father. This home had everything we needed. A good time was had by all - parents, kids, and granny. We will definitely be back! We've already recommended this to our friends.

Marlene - What a wonderful experience your villa at Sandestin is! We truly enjoyed every minute we spent there. Our boys fished off the deck (they didn't catch anything), but they enjoyed it immensely! The weather was perfect the whole week so we were able to enjoy the pool and the beach every day. Marlene, Great rental! We loved it. Very clean, well kept, up to date and convenient. I think my 7 year old fished for about 72 hours straight.. right off the back deck! I enjoyed watching the golfers in the morning. It was relaxation at its best. Our vacation was cut short by tropical storm and you were a pleasure to deal with. You are a real class act. Folks, this unit and this owner come highly recommended!

Dear Marlene, I just wanted to thank you for allowing my family to stay in your lovely home. I searched the area over and not only do you have the best value but your villa is extremely warm and inviting. I can't wait to plan our next trip to Destin and stay in your villa again. This is definitely one of my families favorites places to visit. The resort is so beautiful and having the lake right outside was such a delight for my children. Marlene - just had to tell you this. After renting from you for so many years, we thought we would surprise our 9 year old daughter this year with a trip to Disney World instead of coming to Sandestin. When we told her, she cried and said, "no Mom, I want to go to my favorite house in Florida. Who will feed the ducks and turtles if I'm not there?" I can't imagine a child passing up Disney World, but that will give you an idea of how special your place has been to us and what special memories she will always have of your home. Thanks for always being so accommodating to us.

Marlene, Your home in Destin was so wonderful! I felt at home with my sister and my son and his friend! I would tell anyone who wants privacy and a fabulous place to relax to come to 444 Linkside! Much nicer than The Sandestin Hilton, and the lakeview and golf course was sooooooooo relaxing! I will be your friend for life and you are a "sweetheart"! This is a perfect place in the sun for families and having Marlene for a friend is priceless!! You are so close to all the "hot spots" is Sandestin!!!! Pamela Tice Chapman Memphis
