THE BEST HOME ON THE MOUNTAIN IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE RENTAL. The 2008 constructed home located at 530 Blackrock Circle is minutes away from the slopes and mountain inn and features six bedrooms and four and a half baths. Each master suite features an extremely comfortable king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, balcony with mountain views and seating for two, cedar lined walk-in closet and attached master bathroom with double headed shower.

Each of the four terrace level bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds and there are two full baths shared between these four bedrooms. There is a full scale English style pub (we're not kidding) within the house that features two 46 inch flat screen TVs, two refrigerated wine cabinets, gas fireplace, beautiful cherry wine cabinet from floor to ceiling, wet bar, ice maker, under cabinet refrigerator and (like every other room in the house and patio/balconies) is on a central music system with premium speakers.

There is a 10 person bullfrog hot tub, gas grill, full patio set up with seating for eight, an outdoor fire pit and three outside patio heaters to enjoy the beautiful starry nights. The kitchen is a cooks dream with stainless steel appliances, full range, oven/microwave, with attached eat in kitchen with comfortable seating for 10.

The main level great room features a floor to the ceiling (vaulted to 28 feet) massive stone wood burning fireplace and 64 inch plasma TV. The lower level great room features a 96 inch movie screen with projection TV, gas fireplace, air hockey and pinball. There is a washer and dryer on both the main level and terrace level.
