Recently built 1230+ square foot condo on the 6th floor, located on the west beach, in a mostly residential area (minutes away from everything, but with less traffic). Enjoy beautiful gulf views from a 30 ft floor to ceiling glass wall, or from the 28ft balcony. Short walk to the beautiful gulf beach, or the 8 mile "little lagoon". Access to pier for fishing and crabbing. Heated pool and Fitness Center with Sauna.
Lots of family oriented entertainment in the area including: golfing, fishing, swimming, biking, water parks, zoo, go karts, restaurants, and outlet shopping. Covered parking. Fully stocked kitchen, and all linens are provided.
This unit sleeps 4-6. Both bedrooms have King sized beds, and the sofa sleeper is a Full.

I worried for weeks about this condo. I was hoping we would not be too far from the beach. We had to cross a road, but I could watch my kids walk the entire way. This place is surrounded by several beach houses/duplexes. It is very calm at night, and we absolutely LOVED it. It was very nice inside with great appliances and two good sized bathrooms. The pool is nice, and there is a security guard walking aroung every night around every night from the pool to the parking lot. I do think people need to be aware that they have to purchase a $10 parking tag, and the guy in the office works around the site, so he will have to be called on his cell #. I recommend this property to anyone who wants a GREAT view of the beach (dolphins swim by at 8:30), and a very comfortable place to stay. I will definitely go back.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
