This stunning home features a formal living room with fireplace, dining area that can seat eight, professional gourmet eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms downstairs 2 up. All beds have down comforters, down pillows, and high quality linens.
THE MASTER SUITE: has a cozy deck that looks out towards the ocean and city lights. It also has a separate living room that has a divider that can be closed to create a fourth PRIVATE bedroom with a queen pull out couch and flat screen TV.
LOCATION: This Beautiful house is located in the heart of Corona Del Mar on Narcissus Ave, we are part Newport Beach; it is only a short walk to the beach and is steps from the wonderful restaurants and shops. Corona del Mar is located between Laguna Beach and Newport Beach right on the ocean.

ACTIVITIES: This house is less than 30 minutes from world famous Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. Balboa Island is a bike ride away from the Villa where you can view the marina and have access to another beach, more restaurants, and of course more shopping. From Balboa Island you can take a ferry ride to the Balboa Peninsula where you will find the Balboa Fun Zone (arcades, Ferris wheel, merry-go-round, and more). From the Peninsula, you can take the Catalina Express Boat to Catalina Island!
GOLFERS: For golfers, the renowned Pelican Hills Golf Course, home of two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Tom Fazio, is located only 5 minutes away
THE BEACH: Big Corona del Mar beach is on the ocean and Little Corona del Mar beach is on the bay. Both are blocks away by foot.
Crystal Cove State Beach stretches from Corona del Mar to Laguna Beach. It is about a mile away. By foot it is an interesting walk past the Corona del Mar Village shops. By car it is a very short drive.
SHOPPERS: While for SHOPPERS, FASHION ISLAND shops are less than a mile and half away and offers some of the best shopping in Southern California along with restaurants, and movie theaters. This is the most perfect location I have ever visited. The house is steps from the beach, you park your car and walk everywhere. Fine dining to coffee shops are steps from the house. It is easy access to a major airport and to some of the most wonderful things to do, such as hiking , beach relaxation, boating, shopping, Disney Land.

I stayed at this property for the week of July 4, 2011 and it was absolutley gorgeous, convenient, walking distance exactly as described on profile. The home was provided to us in tip top condition. Very clean no odor what so ever. The manager was prompt with minor bed issue and was not nosey or did not snoop around. I would definately comeback sometime in the near future. Loved it!!!!

This month we installed a wall fountain so we now have a huge entertaining area on the front patio This is our number one top requested property. If you like luxury, conveience and quick access to the beach this is where you want to stay.

We stayed for a week and had the most fun vacation we have had in years. The house was wonderful and exactly as it showed in the pictures and video. We parked are car and never used it. Restaurants, grocery shopping, beach everything in walking distance. The house had everything you could want. We have already booked for next year another vacation there. Randy from Arizona

We rented this property The week of New Years 2011, we had such a wonderful experience we returned April 23,2011 for the week of easter. The property was immaculate exactly as described on VRBO and the video. We had so much fun we had family over entertained using the great kitchen both times. We were right next to wonderful local restaurants and shopping that we walked to. Of course we walked to the beach and enjoyed a bottle of wine watching the sunset. We highly recommend tis property. Yes we will return.

This house was given to us in poor condition. The home reeked like the owner's dogs, and the house was filthy. My son broke out in a rash from the filth. The 'property manager' is actually the owner. We caught her lying to us on several occasions. We tried to make the best of it but, in the end, she was impossible and stopped by to check up on us several times. My 18-yr old daughter came to visit me for 3-days and I was charged an extra charge for having an unauthorized guest, which I thought ludicrous. My advice is that, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in CDM, stay anywhere BUT here. You will regret it. I rate our overall experience related to renting this property as extremely poor.
Owner response:Please do not be fooled by the mean-spirited lies from a guest who is not a very nice person. There is absolutely no truth in any of his comments. You will be thrilled with our accommodations. We run our vacation home like a five star hotel. The sheets, the blankets, the towels. Everything is top-quality; new and fresh. Here is the bottom line about this guest: I visited the property after one week and I was shocked by the damage he had already caused. I politely offered to give him the one week free of charge if he would leave. He refused and promised "to behave." I was stuck and now I have to live with his slanderous comments.

Our family of four spent a month in Corona del Mar at this wonderful home. The property was exactly as described - recently remodeled, well furnished, and very close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. It's an excellent setup for families with two bedrooms downstairs and the master upstairs with a divider for a 4th sleeping area. Kitchen was top of-the-line and the home boasts high-speed internet, laundry facilities, multiple flat screen TVs, and numerous other amenities. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and spending evenings at home with the windows open so the ocean breeze could flow through. We'd definitely return and are already thinking about next summer! Highly recommended!

The house was exactly as described. Everything was new the beds were amazing and very comfortable. Everything was walking distance. The beach is right there as well as the restaurants shopping and fun. We will rent again.
