Luxury ocean view 3 bedroom home, 2 ensuite in West Vancouver. Has a closed garage for two cars.
Grande entrance. Bright living room w/gas fireplace. Luxury designed and comfort with great views to the ocean. Dining room with wet bar separating living room and dining room. Den with couch and organ, computer and a view out with sitting area out back. Large new kitchen, and eating area, with island in middle, all updated with granite and stainless steal and new cabinets. Washer/dryer and pantry off kitchen, bright kitchen looks into family room with deck and view.
Free wireless and computer use, free NA calls. Okay with animals.
Have google map and emails address and info I can send on the areas and Olympics. We are 5min from Cypress bowl where the snowboard and mogal ski events are happening.
Family room has main TV surround/stereo, deck off family room and kitchen, has BBQ piped in Nat gas, Family room has gas/wood FP, upper stairs three bedrooms, 2 ensuite, master with gas FP, king bed w/spec expensive mattress, has 4 pc en suite and California walk-in closet, deck off master bedroom and view of ocean. Other bedroom with en suite toilet/shower, computer and TV, bright view of back yard.Then 3rd bedroom with 2 dbl bunk beds, TV stereo and computer.
Upper level full views of ocean.
Can send more pictures on request. Map quest ect of all Olympic events. Also we can discuss lending out our Lexus RX300 for use during Olympic times.
Shopping mall, Starbucks, movies, spa, banks, Pharmacy 5 min away. Our home is most central area for Olympics, 5 min from Cypress Mtn and three other ski resorts, 20m to Vancouver, 40m to Whistler, Google our Caulfield location in WV and see how this is the best spot to see all. We are a luxury house with lots of beds and not major rental $. Get a group together and enjoy.
We had the view home rented per full month but so many requests for 7 days we have turned down that we are renting weekly now. Our
rate is lowest of all luxury homes since we expect the full month to book up.

Why the Owner Chose West Vancouver
The location for rental over the Winter Olympics is perfect. We are just below Cypress Mtn a great Olympic site for athletes. We are 10-15 min from two other ski Mtns. It is only 25 min to downtown. You are in the most desirable (expensive) area, they say in Canada. We are a few mins from the HWY to Whistler that will take 1 hour to drive. We are 10 mins from the ferries to Vancouver Island.
Great location with West Vancouver choice restaurants, shopping and things to do. No traffic controls. Ease of getting around.

We are an active couple that live in West Vancouver. We want to share our home with people that appreciate comfort and luxury. We live in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities 5 mins away. View of the Islands, ferries and water. Bright location with beautiful sunsets.
Reason we like this location to live, is that we are away from the HWY, no trains and no power lines, very quiet.
Close to everything and all the events. Our car can be negotiated in the stay.
