Walk into this peaceful home with a full “cooks” kitchen, fireplace, BBQ, a large private deck with a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a variety of boats, kayaks & water toys. Wake up & drink your coffee while looking out the window seat, eat breakfast outside while the pelicans dive in the lagoon. Or, if you prefer, take a walk to the town’s restaurants (and watch the sea lions swim in the morning sun) and mosey through the charming boutiques.
If you are feeling energetic, take a run/walk on the beach or around the lagoon, go biking up Mt. Tam or play tennis at the Seadrift tennis courts. Swim or go boating out your door. Relaxing is easy on the large, private dock or in the hot tub while the kids play with the water toys, ride their bikes or scooters around the lagoon, or play ping pong in the atrium. Discover the tidepools, hunt for seashells or visit the little town of Bolinas.
At night, take advantage of the solitude of Seadrift while you gaze up at the stars or relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Sleep soundly with the sound of the waves and the stillness of the night. With something for everyone, whether inside or out, this is the ideal retreat to enjoy with family and friends.

Why the Owner Chose Stinson Beach
We chose Stinson because it is so beautiful and really fits into our lifestyle. The people are super friendly; the views are gorgeous, hiking, biking, kayaking and surfing are right out our door. The community is very kid friendly! And we love to hike or bike over from Mill Valley!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Watching the pelicans dive first thing in the morning out the windows of our bedroom, and watching the evening sun light up Mt. Tam. Having tons of activities available right out your door, but being in such relaxed and beautiful surroundings that you don't want to leave.
