Hale Moana Uli sits beautifully on an oceanfront acre with an unobstructed view of the beautiful blue Pacific. Located in the sunny, banana belt area of the ever popular Hawaiian Paradise Park subdivision, Hale Moana Uli is only a short 20 minute drive to Hilo between the historic villages of Kea’au and Pahoa.
The Volcanoes National Park and the awesome Kilauea volcano is only a 30 minute drive from the hale.
This new home with its beautiful sunrise ocean views, gorgeous colors and lovely tropical furnishings is awaiting your visit. The large kitchen is an absolute cook’s dream with state of the art appliances and there is a wonderful gas grille to cook those special Hawaiian meals out on the ocean view lanai.
Hale Moana Uli sleeps 6 comfortably with its 2 large bedrooms downstairs with queen beds and it’s very private master suite retreat with a king bed upstairs. This master suite has its own ocean view lanai along with its own lovely private bath with large tiled shower and double vessel sinks.
If you have to work a little on vacation or check emails, there is even a separate ocean view office space off of the master suite. I’m not sure how much work you will actually want to do, but the view is incredible!
This hale is wonderfully equipped with all of the latest technology to include Satellite TV, DSL internet, propane kitchen stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer. It even has 3 full baths to accommodate the 3 large bedrooms.
Walk out your back lanai and off to the ocean to stroll along the edge where whale watching in season is a daily occurrence. Don’t forget the wonderful farmer’s markets and shopping that we have in Hilo town or in either village of Pahoa or Kea’au.
