Everything was excellent! The unit is nice furnished and very clean. The only issue we had was finding the unit and then figuring out where to park, other than that, the location is great and the amenities were more than sufficient. The hot tub and pool are located in a separate building. It is about a 2 minute walk from the unit. This may bother some, but, it was fine with us! We would highly recommend the unit to others!

We had a fantastic park city experience and could not have enjoyed the condo more.  The location was extremely convenient to both skiing and main street and the check in process with Chris was very smooth. We will certainly stay here again next time we visit park city and have already recommended this place to our friends.

Awesome Park City Condo

We stayed in this unit for four nights and it was absolutely fantastic, I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is perfect for skiing and we walked to and from Park City Mountain Resort easily. It was also a very quick little ride to main street for dining and around the corner to grocery stores, etc. Inside the condo is a mountain paradise with high ceilings, a big fireplace, flat-screen TV and really interesting original art decor. The kitchen is fully equipped for any level of cooking/food preparation and looks newly remodeled with all stainless steel appliances. Out the back door is the golf course and our kids enjoyed playing in the snow and sledding down a nearby hill. There was also a cross-country skiing trail on the course. The three king size beds were comfy and cozy which made it difficult to get up early for a full day of skiing! Bottomline is that this place is perfect for a Park City get away and we really enjoyed working with Chris. Top-notch all around, you can't go wrong with this one.

We stayed at this unit for almost a week and had a great time. Everything was very convenient and the lifts were easily within walking distance from the condo. The cross country skiing track is right outside of your back porch. The condo was well stocked with toilet paper and other toiletries. Chris did a great job working with us, and everything he told us about the place was accurate.

Great Location - Excellent Amenities

This was a 3-brothers, 3-mountains, 3-days trip to Park City. Chris provides a great place to stay, walkable to PCMR, and 5 minutes to Deer Valley and Canyons. We had a great time, and the condo was extremely nice. Unlike some property descriptions where the photos don't reflect reality, this one is spot-on, and the condo was very clean. If you have kids, the loft with two king-sized beds will keep everyone happy. We especially appreciated the coffee and groceries that were delivered in advance of our arrival - take advantage of this if you don't want to waste time! Also, this condo is only 50 feet from the cabana with hot-tub and pool - a huge advantage when you are dog-tired from skiing or other outdoor activities. We'd definitely come back again. Thanks!

My wife and I and a couple friends stayed here during the Sundance Film Festival. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the bus stops. A 15 minute walk to Main Street. The condo itself was beautiful. The kitchen looked newly remodeled. The King Size beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were a perfect size. I would definitely stay here again when we plan our next visit for Sundance. Chris was just a phonecall away if we needed any help. Thank you. We had the best time.

Convenient and Well-Maintained Park City Condo

My husband and I along with two friends enjoyed a fantastic Park City weekend while staying at Three Kings. The unit was the perfect size for a group of four (and could comfortably accommodate at least two more adults) and is a great value. The rental company, Park City Experience, went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of. I would not hesitant to recommend this property to friends or family.

Wonderful, Clean and Spacious!

This place slept 4 of us very comfortably, and 6 would have been just as fine as well! Large very very comfy beds, and a bit off of main street so there were no noise problems if you were trying to nap at random hours. The kitchen and living room space is beautiful, wish we could have spent more time there! Additionally, the 2.5 bathrooms were extremely helpful!

A great condo in a great location. Easy access to Park City facilities and ski runs. Just a walk across the road to the Park City Mountain Ski Resort lifts. Right on the free Park City bus route. The unit is well appointed with all the comforts of home. Thoroughly recommend a family ski holiday at Three Kings.

Location was ideal and the personal service was excellent from the owner's. Unit was remodeled, very neat and clean. Just perfect for our first "Guy's only" trip! Would stay again and definitely recommend. We were very comfortable!
