Take in a movie at the eight screen theatre, dine in restaurants boasting six different cuisines or enjoy Free Friday night concerts in the Park (Summer Only) Take the day to search for treasures in one of the many Antique/Collectible shops located in the downtown corridor.
Enjoy a relaxing treatment at one of our many Day Spas, or take in a round of golf at one of three golf courses, one of them rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest. Bring the family for an outing to the Water Park, or take a leisurely drive to Lake Nacimiento.
This three bedroom 1200 square foot, fully furnished 1940’s rental is Affordable, Clean and very Adequate. While not rented, we enjoy working on our new project/remodel on Chestnut. The hardwood floors have just been refinished, along with a fresh coat of paint on the interior. This property is perfect for a small family, bridal party (it can accommodate 7) or executive needing weekly or monthly accommodations. Small Pets may be accommodated with prior approval.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$275/night, 2 night minimum .. $950/week .. $2400/month.
$350-$400 per night for festival/fair weekends
Pets $50 additional per visit, Plus $100 refundable security deposit.
Non Refundable $100 deposit is required to hold your reservation.
Balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.
There is a $75 Non-refundable cleaning fee.
Linens are included.
