The Villa consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, on the upper floor and each of the bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed , covered with fine linens and decorated with authentic rustic Italian furniture. The villa has two large living rooms, with working fireplaces and with comfortable furniture capable of seating your entire group. One sitting room includes a satellite TV with dozens of channels of English language programming and news. There are four bathrooms with shower, one on the first level and the others three on the upper floor. A fully equipped modern kitchen, oven, stainless steel refrigerator and plenty of working space for you and your group to make the perfect meal.
Outside you can enjoy the extensive grounds, tree-lined and surrounded by fertile green fields. A private pool and expansive patio are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views and the wonderful sunset on the lake. Located about 15 kms from the motorway (Orvieto), it’s very easy to reach Rome (140 kms), Siena (140 kms), Florence and San Gimignano (180 kms) Assisi (90 kms), Perugia (80 kms), and the other place (Montefiscone, Orvieto , Bolsena lake, Spello, Spoleto, Bevagna and Montefalco etc.).
