The wet bar and well-equipped granite kitchen are a delight for cooking and entertaining. The large table seats 10-12 comfortably making this a great house for family gatherings. Take in the Gulf breezes from the screened lanai or open sun deck. Enjoy the convenience of the enclosed outside shower with H/C water. The home is also equipped with a gas grill, 4 TV’s, DVD, VCR, Stereo and High Speed Wireless Internet service.


If the stunning sunsets are not enough, a ½ mile walk down the beach you will find Doc’s Beach House where you can eat, drink, rent jet skis/waverunners and water trikes, go parasailing or play beach volleyball. Back water and gulf fishing trips leave within walking distance of house and there is a walking and biking path in front of the house. Enjoy world-class golfing or just miniature golf with the kids... Whether it is the beach, boating, nature hikes, kayaking, shopping, dining or gallery-hopping, this area offers something for everyone.

Bonita Beach is conveniently located 30 minutes from Fort Myers airport (RSW). Within 8 miles of the house you will find 120 restaurants and four shopping areas (e.g. the popular Coconut Point with 1 million square feet of retail shops & 20 restaurants), movie theaters, and various boating outlets. Fort Myers Beach is a short 15 minutes away and The Waterside Shops, Naples Philharmonic and Art Museum and Downtown Naples are just 25 minutes away. Marco Island and Sanibel Island can be reached in 45 minutes.
