Accommodations: Condominium, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 10-12)
Beachblock (78th street) new 2nd floor unit with ocean views and a spacious covered deck, five bedrooms and three baths. All new furniture and appliances throughout. Large family room, kitchen and dining area combined, surrounded by windows on all sides for plenty of sunshine and ocean breezes.
Two bedrooms and one bath will be on the foyer entrance level with two queen beds. Two other bedrooms (one with queen bed, the other with twin beds) and a shared bathroom are six steps up from the foyer level. The master bedroom with private bath, and a private deck for two is six steps down from the foyer level.
We also have access to the first floor unit, with identical accommodations for any large family rentals.
The property is located on quiet South end of the island and is in walking distance to stores, ice cream shops, and a bay side promenade to view the sunset.
Deposits and procedure: rentals are Saturday with a 2pm check-in to the following Saturday with a 11 am check-out.
The lease agreement will be sent to you which is to be signed and returned with the security deposit and 1/3 of the rental amount. We will then sign and return a copy for your records. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to occupancy. The receipt of your returned rental agreement & deposit is the only way to reserve your rental. If your agreement & deposit is not received within 7 days of your reservation, the week will remain open.
