Our home is about 1900 sqft under air,open floor plan. Fully equipped for 6 persons with dishes towels and bed-sheets. Master bedroom suite futures a King size bed, large walk-in closet and an en suite bath room with his and her vanities, walk in shower and a bath tub. One guest bedroom has a king size bed and second guest bed room has 2 twin beds, full size walk-in closets, shared bathroom with a walk in shower for the two guest bedrooms.
The great room and living area has wood flooring,carpet in all three bedrooms, tile flooring in kitchen and bath rooms. For entertainment, in the living room you find a 40 inch flat panel TV, DVD, VCR and a Stereo Radio and CD Player. Dinning room windows face the pool and large sliding doors lead to the lanai/pool.
Two car garage, large heated pool, large screened in pool deck, outside dinning table as well lounge chairs. The pool is heated by an electric Heat Pump so you can enjoy swimming year round.
Lehigh Acres is east of Fort Myers and minutes from I-75 makes everything that SW Florida offers easily accessible.
The house is about 20 miles east of Fort Myers Beach.
Shopping in the area is endless, open outlet malls like Miromar Outlets in Estero or Coconut Point in Bonita, Edison Mall in Fort Myers, Gulf Coast Town Center, Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers or as well exclusive boutiques in Fort Myers.
