Enjoy year round fun and sun for the entire family in our Beach Walk 3BR/3BA home featuring a beautiful 1/4 acre yard and exquisite 1940's charm. We are the perfect location for family vacations, reunions and group travel.
Beach Walk is located on Royal Palm tree-lined Tyler Street in the Hollywood Twin Lakes "Northlake" and "Southlake" area. We are one block north of Hollywood Boulevard and 3 blocks from the beach and 8 blocks from Downtown Hollywood. Our prime location offers the best of Hollywood all within a walking distance of 10 to 15 minutes:
Hollywood Beach Boardwalk - Over two miles of car-free enjoyment. Bicyclists, runners, walkers and rollerbladers set their own pace on this path which is bordered by six miles of Hollywood's famous coastline, boutique hotels, charming shops, cafés and places to eat facing the ocean. Hollywood Beach is a Wi-Fi Hotspot.
Historic Downtown - Characterized by quaint sidewalk cafés, brick lined walks and six blocks of unique boutiques, shops, art galleries and dozens of excellent restaurants along Hollywood Boulevard and Harrison Street, the pedestrian-friendly environment is the perfect place to enjoy South Florida.

The home features 2 master suites. There is 1 King Size bed, 1 Queen Size bed, 1 Bunk Bed (2 Twins), 1 Full Size Futon Bed, 1 Day Bed (Twin) and a Blow-up bed.
The large master bedroom suite features a king size bed with a lighted ceiling fan, a dresser with two night stands, a walk-in closet and a TV.
The 2nd bedroom is large with two sets of windows and features a bunk bed with two twin size beds, one full size futon bed, a TV w/DVD and a hallway bathroom with tub/shower and pedestal sink.
The 3rd bedroom suite is large with two sets of windows and features one queen size bed, two night stands, a lighted ceiling fan, a TV and a private bathroom with two person shower and pedestal sink.
The game room area features a table top 6-in-1 foosball table and an air hockey table. There are various board games, cards, books, and DVDs to keep everyone occupied when in the home. In addition, the gameroom area also features a daybed.
Unlimited U.S. and Canada phone service is provided. High Speed Internet access is provided by the workstation on site and wireless access is available as well.
The utility room contains a washer and dryer, an iron/ironing board and wash basin in garage.
Outdoor there is a Jacuzzi, fire pit, gas barbecue grill, patio furniture and a picnic table for your enjoyment.
His & Her Bicycles are also provided to get you to the beach in no time.
South Beach is located just a short 25 minute drive away!
