A fantastic home for a large group or family. With over 1 acre of land, it consists of three buildings joined by a 20 x 40-foot covered terrace. On either side of the terrace are two very spacious bedrooms with a queen size bed & each with its own private bath. The main house consists of two bedrooms & two baths (one king-size bed & two twin beds), AC in bedrooms only, a living room, dining room, a kitchen & 2 full baths. It opens out onto this same terrace looking toward the ocean, & over the swimming pool. The house is completely furnished with everything you'll need including air-conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in the common areas, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, a reverse osmosis water filter, a high-speed Internet connection, Wi-Fi & computer, & plenty of off-street parking. Hacienda Ensenada at Tres Palmas Marine Reserve!: Hacienda Ensenada is located beach front on the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. The area is quieter than Puntas, but close enough you can go enjoy the fun & then come home & relax in your beautiful piece of paradise! Walk for miles on the beautiful beaches. In the winter, you may spot the whales right out in front! The water is warm & delightful. This is a surfing beach in the winter & a fantastic snorkeling beach in the summer. English language movies are a 15 minute drive away (about $6.50 for adults & $4 for kids!). Casinos are 15-20 minutes away in Mayaguez or up at Aguadilla- about 30 minutes away. Great restaurants in Rincon. Major shopping with Borders Book Store, Sears, JC Pennys, Mega Marshalls, Walmart, K-Mart, Sam's Club, Applebees & more as well as Chili's, Pizzaria Uno, Long Horn Steak House, Sizzler & more in Mayaguez. Close enough if you need them but not in your back yard!
Reservation rules: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by same credit card. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter from Island West Properties. Please do not make any travel plans that can not be changed until you have received your signed contract. Homes can not be held without a deposit. First payment will have the reservation.

Immediately upon checking-in a lawn tractor interrupted our initial grasp of fresh air after a long drive. Next morning we were awakened by a high pressure washer at 7:30. Thereafter, the staff doing maintanance work on an adjoining house in the compound blasted the property with loud music, again, in complete disregard with the other guests. Not only the sound of drills and saws were the beat of our stay, but the continuous invasion of our privacy of staff and strangers walking through our property, there is no security in the house, expect visitors. If you are looking for peace and a quiet vacation, don't stay here.

Manager response: We take great pride in the quality of experience we offer our guests, therefore, we take their observations very seriously. The property is currently under renovation, which entails construction and landscaping, and at times it carries noise. We regret our guests experience was not the best. This will only encourage us to continue working harder at creating the kind of environment which is not only peaceful, quiet, and beautiful, but one that offers that pleasant experience that would make them want to return.
