Ski Season... Dec 10 - Feb 28...$225 night, $1,350 weekly.
Spring, Summer and Fall... Mar 01 - Dec 9...$150 night, $900 weekly.
2 night minimum. $200 security deposit (refundable).
6% Occupancy Tax on above rates.
Cleaning fees and linens included in above rates.
Monthly rentals available starting in March for $2,000 monthly.

Ski access (intermediate slope) is located behind building 7 in The Reserve II. We are in building 1.

My wife and I have been going to the area for over 15 years since before we were married. We enjoy the cooler summers, leaves changing in the fall and the snow in the winter.
