Our home is situated on a half acre of land and the adjacent parcel is undeveloped and its unlikely it ever will be developed since our neighbors want to preserve the amazing views all around us. Our home has180 degrees views of the many mountain ranges which surround us. There are some who say #12 Los Altos has the best views of El Salto Mountain in the area - our views from inside and outside our home are definitely amazing!! Sit in our private hot tub and get swept away by the stars or the sunset...

One word to describe our stay at 12 Los Altos! WONDERFUL!!! This house is warm and cozy - but yet gives lots of privacy with three large bedrooms. Windows facing the mountains to the front and mountains to the back with the most beautiful sunset I've even seen. October in Taos, sitting on the back deck watching the sunset - with a glass of wine and good friends! Life is great! In addition to the views and location, there was everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Abundance of bath linens and extra towels for the hot tub! We took a day trip to Santa Fe; one day trip on the Enchanted Circle and a day shopping Taos. Wonderful shops and food in both Taos and Santa Fe. We definitely want to go back to Taos and hope we will be able to share in the beauty and decor of 12 Los Altos. Great job -- Joel & Beth for making a beautiful getaway!!

Our family stayed at this property recently and had a fabulous experience. We LOVE Taos and visit frequently. We have found that this area is a hidden gem for many reasons. First- the views are amazing. Second- there is no traffic!! Third- it is ten minutes to the ski village and ten minutes to town which means it's you and the stars at night! Joel and Beth have great taste. Their home is finished out with all the extras! We loved all the windows with the views and the hot tub was a favorite for sunset and sunrise! You will love this house. We are a family of five and it was more than enough. Thanks again Joel and Beth for sharing your lovely home. Our recent stay at 12 Los Altos was wonderful. The views are awesome with large windows both east and west. I loved getting up early and seeing the sun come over the mountain. We had a short rain storm one evening and saw a beautiful rainbow. My husband loved the stars at night and the sound of the coyotes off in distance. The location was great for going on day trips to town and Arroyo Seco has more to offer once you hit it on foot. Taos Cow, great breakfast. The house is large, clean, and well kept; thank you Nancy. Before we arrived I had asked the owner questions about kitchen supplies....everything I needed was right there. We had 3 coffee pots with plenty of wine glasses on hand. I would recommend this property to all my friends. We had a great time and only wished that more members of the family could have been with us.

This was the perfect vacation home! My family had such a wonderful time, the house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Joel and Beth were wonderful to work with. My family was already talking about going back before we even left. Nancy and her son were also wonderful. I would most definitely recommend this house for vacation! It was absolutely gorgeous, as were the sunsets and starry skies and the mountain views, they took your breath away!

This property was in a perfect location, right between the town and the mountain, making our shopping, eating out and skiing all very easy. The property manager and owners were all great to work with and the house was beautiful and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home for any vacation. the place was excellent. plenty of room to stretch out and very quiet. description and amenities were as advertised. the owner was excellent to work with. I only hope that future experiences will be this easy. Would definately recommend this property to anyone.
