  We had a wonderful time at this resort the views were wonderful. The unite we stayed in was just right for the two of us. The ocean was very loud at times at nite though and the pool by the cabana felt a bit like you were in a fish bowl because there were people in line for the restraunt till it closed at 2. Other than that it was a great place and a great value we will be returning. : )

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  I could not have been happier with our stay at Napili Shores. The complex has everything you need. Honestly, some days we didn't venture away at all. Unit F147 is in the perfect spot. There was always parking near our door, it opens onto the grassy area where the kids could play and we were steps away from the heated pool. We were far enough from the pool so that it was not a distraction, yet close enough that we could easily run back and forth if we needed something (like a potty break!). The beach, which is easy to walk to, was lovely. The waters calm enough for the kids to easily play in the water. My only recommendation would be for wireless internet. We had an ipad and iphone, but nothing you can actually plug into the internet. The unit itself is a bit dated, but lovely and clean. Be sure to take in the Expedia Expert breakfast on your first morning - lots of helpful information and some good deals. Also, ask about how not to stand in line at the Gazebo and be sure to eat the mac nut pancakes!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

  My husband and I enjoyed 10 wonderful days here in late March of 2011. The condo is perfect for 2, or even a family of 4. Very clean and comfortable, and good location just steps from the pool and barbeques. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of storage, drawer, and closet space. Bathroom is adequate, although a little small. You can have your morning coffee on the patio that borders the lovely lawn area - plenty of local birds to help you clean up the crumbs. Walk down to the front of the property to see the whales spouting right off-shore! Enjoy breakfast or lunch in the very popular Gazebo. Green sea turtles take their afternoon snack right off the rocks in front of the resort. Best beach on the island is just steps away! Our only small complaint was that because the bedroom backed up to the parking area, the noise sometimes bothered us. I recommend this resort, and this unit to a couple or small family who likes a quiet, very relaxed property in a great location. This is NOT for anyone looking for a hopping bar scene, big fancy hotel style amenities, room service etc.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.
