This is a newer, approx 1900 square foot Sun City Grand home, which is elegantly and comfortably furnished all new furniture.
The home is located among four golf courses, two club houses, tennis courts, swimming pools inside and out, spa, walking path inside with AC. Exercise rooms at each club house. A beautiful resort with waterfalls and fantastic landscaping. Great restaurants that are located within sun city grand. Billiard room, bocce ball, any club you can think of you, can join in and enjoy. This is adult community and one person must be 55 years of age.
The house is spacious and open, with a large greatroom which gives you an open feeling.
The split floorplan gives two couples complete privacy and still have room for overnight guests in the den with it's own private double door. The den room also has two beds. The den can also be used as an office, with a nice desk and chair.
The kitchen has Corian counter tops and Corian sink, indirect lighting, a large side by side refrigerator with water/ice in the door. Supplied with all new pots/pans, dishes, linens, all new large and small appliances. Again all brand new everything.
You're not renting a home that you're sharing with the owners used to live in. This is a home the owners have never lived in. It was furnished and decorated strictly for your pleasure and enjoyment. So, you can truly feel that when you're staying there, it is your home.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, two night stands, a dresser with a mirror, a chest of drawers with built-in TV.
Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and greatroom, and master bath.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, two night stands, TV, chest of drawers, all new linens, ceiling fan.
The yard is nicely landscaped with fruit trees. A large covered patio, with two ceiling fan and outdoor speakers. Gas BBQ and glass table and chairs.
