Your wonderful place made our first winter of Minnesota retirement everything we had worked for all those years. The accomodations are even more than we expected from the website presentation. Having the opportunity to spend the harsh days of Minnesota January in a warm climate is what we had dreamed of and having room so family members could join us for several days was a plus. The owners made us feel as though this was our home for the month that we were there.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We witnessed the wedding of our first child and the birth of our first grandchild this year. We decided to take a small vacation to regroup, and focus on the union that has brought about our many blessings. This Anthem home was wonderful...it was away from the crowds in Pheonix but not too far away. It was warm and welcoming. It had the most wonderful "feel" to it. The big bath tub was great and much enjoyed (daily). The owners were very responsive and helpful and responded immediately when we had our many questions before arriving. We would recommend this home to anyone!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

'The Casita' really is a little gem in the desert! A beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well equipped home in a quiet cul-de-sac position. The view from the backyard across desert, water and golf course vistas with a backdrop of mountains in the near distance made getting up each morning for breakfast on the patio an absolute joy! Simply put.... it's stunning! Can't fault the experience... the Country Club is a very special place indeed, a wonderfully relaxing location for time away from the demands of modern life! Facilities at the Club are excellent and the staff are very attentive, courteous and helpful. We can't recommend Anthem, the Country Club and, in particular, this vacation home, highly enough and, like many others who have stayed in 'The Casita,' will be back for another vist in 2011.... for sure!

Saying we were pleased renting your home would only begin to express our pleasure. Along with the lovely view from your backyard onto the golf course, we enjoyed the birds and wildlife every morning sipping our coffee and tea. (Dare I say, a glass or two of wine watching the sunsets as well.) Your suggestion of a dinner at the Persimmon Club during sunset was excellent, we dined outside on the patio, the service and food were what one expects at a fine country club. Riding the bicycles that you provided in the garage helped us to become more acquainted with the neighborhood since we too are now looking for a place to call our own in Anthem. We would suggest your home to anyone wanting a nice, clean, lovely home to stay in and enjoy the Southwest at it's best.

From the moment we opened the door of our "Casita" we knew we had found the perfect getaway! What a beautiful home and perfectly situated close to attractions and amenities but an island of it's own. Just a short drive from Sedona, Jerome, Cave Creek, Wickenburg and several other great locations and restaurants. We look forward to visiting again! The owners are great to deal with and have thought of everything for your arrival !

The perfect place to stay at a perfect price!! This is our third return stay to this wonderful Anthem Country Club home and we'll be back!! The home is so welcoming and we love Anthem. The fire pit is an added bonus!!! Thanks so much!!

This is truly the perfect Arizona get away!! Wonderfully decorated and very spacious with a nice master suite! The patio and view from the backyard is a dream! Lovely Sunsets!! We would love to go back and stay longer.

My wife and I had a great stay. We enjoyed golfing, restaurants, day trips and watching the sunset drinking margaritas. Great place to relax.

What a wonderful getaway! The casita is adorable! Tasteful furnishings, beautiful master bath and kitchen, amazing sunsets from the covered porch, everything you could want. The club ammenities are wonderful. Restaurants, beautiful pools, golf and more all within the gated community. We took day trips to several fun locations. Getting to and from the Phoenix airport was a snap. We definately would recommend this home and plan to return soon!

The pictures do not do this lovely "Casita" justice! We enjoyed this beautiful home and all its amenities. Situated in a quiet safe gated community, with the club house, spa and pool in close proximity. It was perfect for our morning runs or work out followed by a relaxing afternoon at the pool. LOVED the poolside service :) We hope to escape the dreary Seattle rain and stay here again in the very near future!

Darling casita, charming decor, beautiful sunset desert views from patio, everything you need to enjoy and relax in sunny Arizona! The personal touches make you feel right at home! Country club offers pool, workout facility, dining, etc. WONDERFUL!!

It doesn't get much better than this .... sitting on a covered patio as the sun rises, looking out across the desert, enjoying the flowers and listening to the birds from the privacy of your own back yard. Oh, maybe it does get better, enjoying the outdoor grill, sunsets, cool drinks and good friends (as there is plenty of room for a girlfriend's getaway or guy's golfing weekend). Too many fun places within easy driving distance to see in a week .... you'll have to come back often. If you don't feel like cooking or want to enjoy a nice swim and don't want to go far, enjoy the amenities available inside the community. The house itself is clean, well appointed, relaxed, well stocked and roomy. An excellent value. Wish I could fly down every month :) Try it once, and you'll feel the same way!

This was a great place to stay and relax. Loved the firepit, barbeque, and backyard-very private. The country club was fabulous with an amazing swimming pool, exercise room and golf. Fun for all ages,our 2 year old loved the swimming every day. Thank you.

We have vacationed in this Anthem home 3 times and can't wait to return! The home is beautifully furnished with thoughtful details throughout. Love the private backyard for barbeques and sunsets. The Country Club amenities feels like a 5 star resort! The town of Anthem has wonderful walking trails and parks. Day trips to Sedona and Grand Canyon is worthwhile. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a sun-filled relaxing vacation with luxurious accomodations.

We loved every second of our stay in this home. It is immaculately clean, cozy, and yet has an open feeling. The private backyard has an unobstructed view of awesome sunsets. The surrounding neighborhood is perfect for taking walks or going for a run. Shopping and restuarants are close. I would definitely try to stay there again.
