The exclusive resort of Sandestin is the spot for an ideal vacation! Sandestin is situated on 2400 acres between the Choctawatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Sandestin boasts 72 holes of golf, over 11 miles of biking and walking trails, a 98 slip marina with boat, kayak, canoe and jet ski rentals, stocked lakes for fishing, spa and full service heath club, plus access to the beautiful beach where there is no better sunset.

Once you enter this private gated community there will be no need to venture out, there is even a Publix grocery store on property. Completed in the spring of 2007, Elation is the newest collection of resort homes in the Village at Baytowne Wharf and it is the perfect base from which to explore all Sandestin has to offer. Park in the private underground parking garage and rent one of my golf carts and you will not have to get in your car for the rest of the trip.

This 1BR/1BA condo comfortably accommodates four with king sized bed & a queen sleeper sofa. Well-appointed decor in relaxing spa like colors. There's plenty of privacy as well as peace and quiet, it is hard to believe all that excitement is right outside your front door when off the back balcony you see deer and bunny rabbits. The kitchen offers everything you'll need if you feel like cooking for the family. The private balcony offers a unforgettable view overlooking golf course out to the bay. You have a washer and dryer in your unit so no worries about clean clothes. In the unit there are beach chairs and an umbrella for your day on the beach. It so easy to just hop in the golf cart and zip to the beach - you are going to love it. The full work out area at Grand Sandestin is available to Elation guests. You will also have access to the Luau pool on the beachside.

Experience the heart & soul of Sandestin right outside your door. This is the premiere spot on the Emerald Coast to shop, dine & play by day or night. If you want to have tons of fun there is no better location! You will have all those fabulous restaurants, specialty boutiques, bars and nightclubs to choose from. All ages will love the live concerts and entertainment that is ongoing in the Village.

The private balcony offers a unforgetable view overlooking golf course out to the bay.

The pool area, located in the gardens, is just steps away. Enjoy the sun or relax in the hot tub - it is up to you. The zero entry pool is great for children and there is also a wading pool. The pool deck also has a bathroom and soda machine.

Kids will also love nature paths, rock climbing, waterslides, pirate ships, tree houses & their very own Jolee Island. Adults will love walking to the marina and looking at all the incredible boats.   • This was our first vacation to Destin, FL. The Elation unit was great! All of the furnishings were new and up to date. The view from our private balcony was beautiful. One early morning we watched two deers walking across the lawn. We have three children and they really enjoyed the Baytowne Village. We will definately return to Destin next year. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. The Sandestin resort is the best!!!!! Thank you for all of your help with our vacation. We appreciate it!

  • We have stayed at the Sandestin resort many times and this location is my favorite. It's a quick walk to restaurants and shopping. Pool and bike paths are also close. The unit was large and all new. The back porch was private and we even saw several deer during the morning. There is a distant view of the golf course too. Covered parking is also nice so your car isn't so hot! I have recommended this unit to several friends and plan to go back.

  • This unit is the best unit and the best location; it is on the ground floor and right in front of the main doors. The unit is very clean and has all the amenities of your home. The spacious unit has a wonderful bay and golf view from the private balcony. The pool is right out the front door and the Baytowne Village a very short walk away. The village has things for the whole family, and kids have the best time playing while the adults can sit and relax or join the fun with the kids. Sandestin is the best place to vacation and the owners are the greatest they make you feel like family.

  • My wife and I have stayed in the Elation unit twice in the past year. It is very clean and comfortable. Quiet area backing up to the marshes, yet just outside the wharf. Great parking, easy access to the tram. Walk to Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner right from the unit. We love it. I am pretty sure it is right next to the golf club.

  • Lovely and spacious unit on ground floor, view of wooded bay and golf course, well-appointed. There is no development behind this condo, so the back porch feels private, and is amazingly quiet. In the mornings, rabbits were grazing on the lawn directly behind the unit. Short walk to shops and restaurants at Baytowne Village. Sandestin is a great getaway and this was a great place to stay to enjoy it all. Would definitely stay here again.
