Very clean condo in a great location. Pool is right out the door and Baytowne is a short walk away. The golf cart just makes the trip that much better. We took it to the beach, P.F. Changs, Publix, everywhere. You don't have to get back in your car until it is time to go home. We had a blast!!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My husband and I just got married in Destin on June 4th. We stayed at the Elation for the next week after the wedding! We LOVED the condo, very clean and nice!! Also, it is on the 1st floor as soon as you walk through the main doors! It is just a short walk from Baytowne with wonderful restaurants and bars! Great for young couples but there were many families as well! Also, on our way home back to AR we realized my husband left his wedding band. I contacted the owners and the cleaning people had already turned in the wedding band and it is being mailed to me!! Not many places would that have happened. We were very happy with our stay and I will for sure stay there again on my next visit :)

We recently visited sandestin and elation was the perfect place for me, my husband and two small children. The golf cart was key. We never had to get in our car. The condo was even better than the pictures. It had everything that we needed and was in outstanding condition. It was about a 10 minute cart ride to the beach and publix. The pool was perfect for small kids wanting to play and moms wanting to relax and get some sun. We will certainly be back. I have travelled a great deal over the years and this was the best family vacation spot that we have found. The village was a magical place for kids and had the best playground I have seen. The village is only a 5 minute walk from the condo. The first few days in destin it was just me and my kids and I felt completely safe.

We could not have asked for a better stay. Everything was perfect! The location is very convenient to the shops, restaurants, and nightlife at The Wharf and the golf cart made our daily beach trips a breeze. Kym was great to work with. We're already planning our next stay.

The Elation and Sandestin Resort offered just what we were looking for. The condo is modern and offers all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. We used the walking trails, for our morning walks and stopped for a Starbucks on the way back. The pool during the day, or a short ride on the golf cart to the ocean offered varied opportunities for the afternoons. We enjoyed several of the restaurants at the Wharf, which is a five minute walk, and also dined in Destin and surrounding locations. I did some fishing on the dock, and caught a couple of Red fish, and also used some of the local ponds. Golf was good with four courses to choose from. It provided a quiet location which was to our liking. Direct contact with the owner was also helpful.

Kym was so great to work with! She responded to my e-mails very quick and was helpful! THe unit was great, the view was good and very calming. The golf cart was so much fun, and it helped us get around the resort a lot! We truly enjoyed staying and will definitely be back!

This review was received on the flipkey website: "Awesome condo in an awesome location." I had heard a lot about "the village" but had never been there. This condo is only steps away from an amazing dining, dancing and vacation experience. "The Village" has all the entertainment needs you'd ever expect on vacation, fine dining, great bars, and awesome recreational activities, as well as shopping opportunities. The condo was very clean and well kept, and had great decorating as well. The owners were very responsive and even provided a golf cart for getting around the resort. (Though the golf cart was really unneeded due to the close proximity this condo was to the great amenities described above.) I'd highly recommend this area, and specifically this condo it was awesome.

We visited this resort for our one year anniversary and it was fantastic. It is on the first floor right by the elevators which makes for easy access. Room was very clean and inviting, and the view from the balcony was very nice. The golf cart was a nice touch as well. We will definately be returning in future years.

My fiancee and I stayed in this condo in May for a week, and we had the most amazing time! The golf cart makes it so easy and convinent to get to the beach or to Baytown Wharf for dinner, drinks or just to hang out listen to the live bands. Thank you very much for sharing your condo with us. We are planning a trip for October and want to stay at this very condo again. Love it!!!

This was are 2nd trip to Destin. We enjoyed the condo so much better than a hotel room. It was so clean and I also like having a washer and dryer in the unit. We will be returning to Destin will try to rent this unit again or one of the other unit the owner has. It was nice to park underground so if it rains you don't get wet,going to and from the unit. It was also nice to get to use the golf cart as well. It was much better than we expected. Just a short walk to shopping and dinning as well.

We had such an awesome time, we can't wait to return! I brought 3 teen girls for spring break and this condo was perfect! We enjoyed all of the walking/biking trails and loved that everything that we needed was just a walk or golf cart ride away. The view from the balcony was so relaxing. It was so nice having the pool and the village so close and such a safe place for the gils to be able to go off on their own. We have been coming to Destin for years but have always stayed beach front. I liked this even better!! Thanks for sharing your wonderful condo with us. We will return!!

This was our first vacation to Destin, FL. The Elation unit was great! All of the furnishings were new and up to date. The view from our private balcony was beautiful. One early morning we watched two deers walking across the lawn. We have three children and they really enjoyed the Baytowne Village. We will definately return to Destin next year. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. The Sandestin resort is the best!!!!! Thank you for all of your help with our vacation. We appreciate it!

Really enjoyed being so close to the Village of Baytowne Wharf Village. The unit was very clean and had great views off the balcony. The parking garage under the unit worked out great for staying out of the sun. The owner was very helpful.

We have stayed at the Sandestin resort many times and this location is my favorite. It's a quick walk to restaurants and shopping. Pool and bike paths are also close. The unit was large and all new. The back porch was private and we even saw several deer during the morning. There is a distant view of the golf course too. Covered parking is also nice so your car isn't so hot! I have recommended this unit to several friends and plan to go back.

This unit is the best unit and the best location; it is on the ground floor and right in front of the main doors. The unit is very clean and has all the amenities of your home. The spacious unit has a wonderful bay and golf view from the private balcony. The pool is right out the front door and the Baytowne Village a very short walk away. The village has things for the whole family, and kids have the best time playing while the adults can sit and relax or join the fun with the kids. Sandestin is the best place to vacation and the owners are the greatest they make you feel like family.

My wife and I have stayed in the Elation unit twice in the past year. It is very clean and comfortable. Quiet area backing up to the marshes, yet just outside the wharf. Great parking, easy access to the tram. Walk to Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner right from the unit. We love it. I am pretty sure it is right next to the golf club.

Lovely and spacious unit on ground floor, view of wooded bay and golf course, well-appointed. There is no development behind this condo, so the back porch feels private, and is amazingly quiet. In the mornings, rabbits were grazing on the lawn directly behind the unit. Short walk to shops and restaurants at Baytowne Village. Sandestin is a great getaway and this was a great place to stay to enjoy it all. Would definitely stay here again.
