Your large condominium has a wall of glass overlooking a great beach and the Atlantic. The strong morning sun and cool evening breezes, along with the dolphins and pelicans, will make the balcony your favorite place--sunrises are spectacular, moonrises are even better. Large, light-filled rooms are perfect for gatherings, a good book or movie, and games or jigsaw puzzles.
The 1/2 mile guarded private beach is seconds away, as are 5 oceanfront pools, four tennis courts, and indoor pool/fitness center. Don't miss the sandcastle building contest. You can also hop on the free tram that stops at your door for the 3 minute ride to Sea Colony West; visit the swans, swim in 6 more pools (one indoor with fitness center, and one 25-meter lap pool); also 30 more tennis courts (four indoor), shaded trails, and fishing ponds. Did you know that TENNIS MAGAZINE continues to rank Sea Colony in its list of 50 top tennis resorts?
Evenings are fabulous--stroll the long ocean-front promenade, try surf fishing, fly a kite, or take a cool dip. For a little more excitement, take a pleasant walk into the center of Bethany, perhaps for dinner or a great Philly cheese steak, to sit on a bench and 'people watch', or maybe to browse the shops or the wonderful bookstore, and certainly to enjoy one of the many sunset boardwalk concerts in the new ocean-front bandshell while enjoying a delicious custard, fries or salt water taffy.
Your master bedroom has two queen beds, the smaller bedroom has one full and one twin bed. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Meals are a breeze in the fully-equipped kitchen and large dining room (or just as likely the balcony). Just bring some munchies and bed linens/towels(we have plenty of blankets and pillows), and we (and Sea Colony and Bethany) will provide the 'rest'.
In the spring of 2005, major exterior renovations on our building were completed, including new elevators, railings, and state-of-the-art fire alarm system. In more recent years, the baths have been completely remodeled, the kitchen counters and flooring in the kitchen and dining room were replaced, a new stove and microwave were installed, and a shower door for the bath tub was completed. In 2011 a new 32' LCD TV and Blue Ray player were added to the living room, along with lots of new DVDs.
Available for full weeks in summer, and weeks/long weekends off season. Very sorry, but no pets.

My 3 friends and I get together at the Delaware shore several times a year and have stayed in a number of hotels and condos. We found this apartment a particularly good place for one of our get-aways. Having 4 separate beds was a real plus. Since many of the local restaurants were closed during the week, we did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped. The owners wrote very clear directions for operating the various televisions and DVD players, labeled all the remote controls and provided a strong WiFi connection. Also the beach gear stored in the locker located in the parking garage was first rate. Of course not enough can be said about the ocean view and the sound of the surf. We'll definitely consider a return stay.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

This was our first trip to Bethany Beach/Sea Colony and we are already looking forward to returning next year. This condo made our trip so much more enjoyable. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a week away from home. We traveled with two young children and the extra amenities (use of beach chairs, umbrella and toys) were very much appreciated. It was so nice to have a locker to store everything. The condo was extremely clean and exactly as pictured on the website. We are very much looking forward to staying with you again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

This condo is really terrific. It is clear that the owner's really care about their guests. The condo is extremely clean, well stocked, and user friendly. The beach chairs and umbrellas in the storage locker are fabulous and really came in handy on the beautiful Sea Colony beach. The pools and tennis facilities are terrific as well. The beds are comfortable and the living room is lovely with a fabulous ocean view. Also, the owners are such a pleasure to deal with. I have stayed in other Sea Colony condos in the past, but never again. I will definitely plan on returning to this one. Two thumbs up for sure!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

We were busy with an event in Ocean City so didn't get to enjoy the full amenities of Sea Colony, however the condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the very short walk to the beach was appreciated when we only had limited beach time. We would love to return when we have more time to relax and enjoy.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

This was our second trip to Sea Colony and this condo and we are now getting ready to contact Mike to plan our 2012 return. Arrival this year was slightly delayed due to hurricane Irene, but the condo was completely cleaned and ready, and the five of us had another wonderful time. The condo is great, rain or shine, and we really like the provided beach chairs and umbrella. And dining on the balcony is perfect.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We just returned from our second visit to Sea colony. First time in this condo. It was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. Looking forward to many future visits.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.
