Beautifully furnished Spanish style home built in 1928. The character of the home has been maintained while all creature comforts have been updated. Our home is centrally located well within walking distance to all synagogues and shopping. The kitchen is currently kosher equipped for meat, dairy and parve cooking. In kitchen meals can seat 6 comfortably. The dining room table seats 12 but can accommodate and extra 4 if necessary. All of the rooms have hardwood flooring with area rugs except for the kitchen and bathrooms which are tile. All rooms are well appointed.
The enclosed yard is equipped as an outdoor salon with shaded dining areas that can seat up to 18. While the back yard is small it is well landscaped and a gardener is on the premises weekly. Weekly housekeeping services may be available from our housekeeper who has been in our employ for over 20 years.
