                        We are a young couple who recently stayed at the condo. We could not have had a better time! Everything was spotless when we got there and perfect. It felt like we were at home the whole time. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, grocery stores are within a minute walk. Thank you for a great vacation. The pool is chilly, so be careful!

                        Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.

                        We sisters all had a great time in Phoenix. Your condo was just perfect. Easy access from airport and great location to do anything really.. Very quiet area, had pool to ourselfs and the grapefruit was so refreshing. The whole process of renting the condo went so smooth. We will use you again the next time we visit the area. Thanks again so much!!!

                        This is a lovely place, furnished in the best of taste with everything we needed. The beds were terrific, the kitchen and bathrooms all great (granite counters and stainless steel). It's also a tremendous value for anyone wanting to stay in the Valley of the Sun. I don't think most people who come to Phoenix for a vacation realize the advantage of staying in North Central Phoenix -- the real heart of traditional Phoenix. It has a special character all its own, and some of the best restaurants are all nearby. Check out the fabulous New Mexico cuisine at nearby Richardsons, or the best Italian at Christos, also very nearby. And the Biltmore for lunch and "tea" can't be beat! Hiking is close also, at Piewstewa Peak or Camelback. Stay here! You will love it, and landlady Sarah Lieb is a joy to work with --

                        We really enjoyed our stay here! Located on a quiet street, the complex is gated with covered parking. This condo being on the main floor directly adjacent to the parking area made it super convenient for us traveling with a baby and stroller (not to mention the multiple trips back and forth to the car with groceries, shopping bags etc). The interior is nicely renovated, well appointed and had everything we needed. We have already recommended this our family in Phoenix who will have other guests visiting and will definitely stay here again.

                        Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children.

                        We are happy to say that our stay at Sarah's unit in Mirada Luxury Condos was fantastic. The location is quiet yet extremely central to all our vacation destinations and day-to-day living needs. The place was clean, the furniture was very nice and everything was well stocked. We especially enjoyed the large, private patio for our morning coffees. Although the neighbourhood was good, it gave us more peace of mind knowing that the complex was gated. We are sad to have to leave but plan to be back!

                        We stayed at Mirada for 6 months and loved it!! This place is clean, well-maintained and beautiful. The furnishings and linens were gorgeous. Plenty of utensils and cleaning supplies made our stay worry free. We had a a minor issue with a leak that was promptly (that day) taken care of. The area was safe with great restaurants and lots of things to do nearby.. We liked it so much that we considered moving to Phoenix and buying one of these condo's, and actually are still thinking about it! I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend..

                        I would NOT recommend this property. We stayed at this condo Feb 28, 2011 -March 7, 2011. When we arrived we first noticed that there was no phone connection. We had no phone service for 3 days. Even after obtaining the service, all 3 of the cordless phones had dead batteries. We had to use our cell phones which was extremely costly as we are from Canada and had to pay expensive roaming fees .(not impressed). I always make sure that any place that my family sleeps that there is a working smoke detector. Turns out there are no smoke detectors in the condo? We spent 3 nights in the condo before the maintenance man came to install one. At which time we had to get the maintenance man to fix the patio door which did not lock. My family tried everyday to go into the so called heated pool. We attempted during the day and evenings as the ad clearly stated"Heated Pool open 24 hours". We were unable to utilize the pool as it was freezing cold. We contacted Sarah (the owner) and she just brushed us off and I then attempted several times to get her to return my calls and messages. 2 1\2 weeks later she returned our message and argued that it was heated??? then she said well "Im sorry if it was too nice of weather while you visited our condo as it is only heated when temp. is under 30 degrees." Which is not what the other tennants told us. We were told by the permanent residents that the pool is not heated. The pool was our biggest let down. I suggested that she should give us a bit of a discount since she misrepresented the condo in the ad. "She said "No and to have a nice day" A few other areas which could be improved: * Proper fitting bed linens. The Master bedroom only has double flat sheets for the Queen Sized Bed. * The toilet in masterbedroom needs cleaning around the floor. Pee stainded caulking. * The dresser drawers needed vacuuming out. The only good thing about this condo is its nice decor, and location

                        Owner response: It is unfortunate that this is the first negative feedback in 4 years that this condo has received. I am a frequent world traveller and always stay in VRBO units. While I understand that there may be occasions when small repairs need to be addressed during my stay, the important fact is the prompt, efficient manner these are handled in. Any issues that are brought to my attention are dealt with immediately. As a property manager in Canada, I am conscience of the need to work towards a fair resolution in a valid, unsatisfactory situation. I am also aware of those that find fault where no fault is to be found for personal gain. Please note the following clarifications in regards to this situation. 1. No guest by the name of Natalie has ever booked this condo. In fact, the condo was not occupied Feb 28/11 – Mar 7/11. 2. The guest making the complaints did not make the booking and was not registered to stay there. 3. Any messages were addressed immediately whether received by email or telephone or text. I am not aware of a 2.5 week delay. 4. The telephone issue was addressed promptly. Cox (local telephone company) advised me that the reason the phone wasn’t working was user error – the main phone base was not plugged into the wall. 5. As per our licensed contractor, the smoke detectors were removed from their original location on the wall at some point in time by another guest and this was not noticed until now. The smoke detectors were reinstalled promptly. I was not made aware of any patio door lock issue. 6. The Home Owner Association dues clearly state the pool is heated. In Arizona, the custom is to only heat the pool in the winter months when the outside temperature drops. The locals prefer to use the outdoor pools to cool off in the summer. 7. All linens were purchased specific to the mattress size. No complaints or comments have ever been received as to the cleanliness of the condo. Interestingly, after this booking the housekeeper noted that the condo was left in exceptionally dirty condition. 8. This critic contacted me 2 weeks after staying in the condo and was very aggressive on the telephone. She complained a number of times of how expensive it is to travel and stated that she should have stayed somewhere that cost less even though we extended a discount on this booking. 9. The positive feedback regarding the location and décor is noted and graciously accepted. The location is central, convenient, and safe. The décor was chosen b

                        My stay in Biltmore condo was great. The "Melrose Place" style of the community was a refreshing change from the standard hotel setting. I couldn't have asked for more: central location, quiet, secure, and fantastic accomodations. I'll be back!
