Charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in the Mill Creek area of Incline Village. This low elevation location is a short 5 minute walk to the Hyatt, and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful private beaches of Incline Village.
This home sits on a gorgeous, pristine 1/3 acre lot, surrounded by Pine trees. This home offers a variety of entertainment options, including a 42 inch flat screen TV with surround sound, a Wii, Playstation, DVD player, VCR player, and DVR cable in the den. The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace, 32 inch flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD player and a cozy sectional couch for relaxing. There is a large deck off the kitchen with a gas BBQ, ideal for entertaining or relaxing. The master bedroom and queen bedroom have flat screen TVs with DVD players as well.
Incline Village, Lake Tahoe's only planned community, is the home of the Championship and Mountain Golf course, Diamond Peak, and Sand Harbor. We absolutely enjoyed this property and will definitely be returning on any future trips to the area. First off, I must say that we LOVE Incline Village. For the past few years we have been staying at the new Squaw Village and last year the new Northstar accommodations. We really feel that although these new "Villages" are a great concept and very beautiful, Incline Village is still the best place in Lake Tahoe. You don't get that captured audience, isolated, island feeling that you experience at Squaw and Northstar. There is plenty to do, great restaurant choices, the casinos, shopping, grocery stores, the lake to look at, and much more! This property is IDEAL for a family or a couple of couples. It is a very simple and functional floor plan that works perfectly. The yard is enormous, flat and easily accessible for children to play just out the door in the snow (and summer must be great also) while you are inside cooking, etc. The house is nicely furnished with very comfortable beds, linens, living room furnishings, spacious dining table and other thoughtful touches. The kitchen is very well stocked with tons of matching dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, utensils and appliances. The oven was great! The fireplace made the front living room very cozy. The owners must be movie buffs because there are hundreds of DVD titles to choose from, a great selection of cable channels, and our daughter's favorite, the WII! The house was VERY CLEAN and tidy, no clutter, old trinkets or mis-matched items. The owners were very thoughtful in making the property a very comfortable, clean place to stay. The neighborhood is great, flat and perfect for strolling around. It is a beautiful short walk down to the Hyatt or the Lake. The garage is spacious and the drive-way is flat and easy to pull into. The rental company that assists the owners was very accommodating and available immediately. Thank you for letting us stay in your perfect Tahoe house, we will definitely be back soon! The Domenichelli Family I only wish we could have stayed longer.
