LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION:
This condo is conveniently located five minutes from the city limits of Moab, and only 10 minutes from Arches National Park. Directions: Coming from I-70, turn South towards Moab on HWY 191. Stay on HWY 191 through the town of Moab. Turn left just pass the Moab KOA campground on Southgate Drive. (This is approximately 5 miles or 5 minutes south of the city limits of Moab.) Take your first left into the Southgate Subdivision on Village Way. Turn right on Village Loop. The condo is located on a corner lot on the left hand side. Look for 3378 located on the building. The address of the property is 3378 South Village Loop.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features a 26 cf. side-by-side refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with smooth top range, and a built in microwave. To compliment these appliances the kitchen also features all utensils, plates, cookware, baking and serving dishes to bring out the Emeril in all of us. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, blender, and a garbage disposal.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The living room offers two twin sleeper / sofas with a very cozy keva style gas fire place. Watching a DVD/ movie can be a lot of fun on the 36" LCD flat panel television. Stay connected with FREE broadband internet service, and FREE Wi-Fi. Also FREE land line long distance in the continental United States.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS:
The master bedroom features a king size super plush / pillow top bed with dual side tables & lamps. This bedroom also features a 26" LCD flat panel TV w/DVD player. All beds (master and guests) are outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics. Enjoy the views of the LaSal Mountains, and Canyon Mountains from the luxury of your bed, or step out on the oversized balcony through master bedroom and experience Moab's famous 360 degree scenic views.

The master bath features a full-size stand up shower (glass enclosed), and 4 additional shower sprays. A great way to relax after your Moab adventure.

BALCONY HIGHLIGHTS:
The balcony is one of the largest in the area with over 300 sq/ft area and a perfect place to enjoy Moab’s Scenic Views. Once you are on the balcony you may not want to come back inside.

  • Wow! I have rented several homes via VRBO and this is the best. First class accomodations. Everything you need is here, beautiful furnishings, quick access to main highway, amazing views. All the rooms well decorated. We walked in and felt at home. Add to all that, the MOAB area is a treasure of nature.

Rossana and Shon have put in a lot into the care to the condo! It was very clean, cosy, spacious, and luxurious. Much attention to fine details was payed in the layout of the condo. The pricing was very reasonable, we will likely stay in vacation condos when we travel and this condo is certainly one of the best we’ve used. Will come back when we ever visit Moab again.

We could not have ask for anything more with this Condo, we had the comfort of home away from home. Everything was above our expectations. You will NOT regret staying here. Shon and Rossana have surely put in a lot of thought and care to the condo! It was very clean, cosy yet spacious; and luxurious yet delicately decorated with attention to fine details. And the reasonable rate was truly the icing on the cake! We like to stay in vacation condos when we travel and this condo is certainly one of the best we’ve been. Will come back if we ever visit Moab again.

  • We stayed this Condo for 3 nights. This Condo exceeded our expectation. It was very new and nice, clean. Every room has ceiling fan and very comfortable. I was wonder if this condo has washer and dryer since it was not included in the features list. However, it actually equipped with them. We visited Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. The location of condo was perfect to visit these POIs within 1 hour driving. I will definitely return when we want to visit this area. We love this condo. This condo was one of the best that we have ever stayed.

  • My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo and in Moab. The condo is SUPER clean -- we found it hard to believe that anyone had actually stayed in the place before us. The home has a great layout and touches like high quality linens and amenities add to the experience. Rossana was very easy to work with; she responded quickly and I appreciated the ability to pay with credit card (more convenient than mailing a check). If we are lucky enough to visit the area again I would definitely return.

  • We've been to Moab several times, but this was our first stay at a condo. We were extremely pleased with our stay. The condo was extremely clean, well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. It was just a bit out of town, but a very easy 5 minute drive. The rental, check-in and check-out procedure was very simple and Rossana was great to work with. We will definitely stay there again!

  • This is a fantastic place to stay if you have a large family or 4+ people. Just out of town, but close to everything. Very new/modern decor. Very clean with all amenities. Beautiful wrap-around wood deck upstairs with seating to enjoy the beautiful views! One of the nicest places our family has stayed. Our expectations were exceeded and we will be back. The Walters are very easy and professional to work with too :-)
