This is an exclusive high end villa located in the safe gated community Playacar. You ll be located steps away from a private beach and also have access to the beach club from the Reef hotel ( located also steps away).
Also you can bring your golf or tennis equipment it s less than 5 minutes away.
In this all inclusive Villa all your needs will be taking care off. You ll be treated like a VIP.

The Villa is located after a nice set of Mayan ruins, 150 yards from the beach. It is a very charming Villa.
Each bedroom has its own terrace. The swimming pool area has lounge chairs and a table and chairs for eating, drinking and relaxing . It is surrounded by vegetation and is very quiet.
The Villa is brand new and is completely renovated with great taste and a thorough attention to details and will make you feel right at home!
The center is at a 10-15 minute safe walking distance, or you can also get the cab for 3.5 dollars if you pay in pesos.
We advice you to rent a car to be able to move as you want and as well see all the near beautiful places like Tulum, Chitchen Iza, Xel Ha or we can arrange a private transportation... and enjoy all the nearby amenities like tennis,golf, fishing...
Your beds are turned, bathroom cleaned daily and you will have 2-3 full time staff members assisting around the villa from 9AM -5PM daily. Sundays from 9AM to 12 noon.

My husband and I, along with 3 friends, recently returned from an AMAZING stay at Casa Prieto! The house is magnificent and the location is wonderful. The house manager, Philipe, is incredibly helpful and kind. He answered all of my email inquiries in 24hrs or less (usually much less!)and made our choice to stay at Casa Prieto an easy one. He was there to help with anything we needed during the duration of our stay (even helping out with awesome restaurant and shopping suggestions), and the rest of the staff was incredibly attentive as well. We are already looking forward to our next stay at the spacious and luxurious villa!

This was truly a beautiful home and experience. We are still in awe with the home and the kids loved this home with the birds, turtles and fishes. The pool was the best and close proximity to the reef club which we all used at least 10 times out of the 14 days we were there. Would come back again next year. Thanks to the staff for taking care of us.
