The Cabin at Killington was a great choice for our group. We had 22 young adults between the two houses and all fit comfortably. The location was excellent, and the ammenities the house provided for the price were great (sound system in both living rooms, hot tub, etc. We would definitely rent again!Did you find this review helpful? My stay at the cabin couldn't be more perfect!! It is conveniently located 2 minutes from Killington mountain which made mornings really easy! The couches were very comfortable. The kitchen was a bit small but we made it work. Dave was wonderful and very helpful. The listing description was very accurate. It was clean. One night we went to Outback Pizza, which was great. I most definitely recommend the cabin for any large groups that want to ski!Owner response: Nicole, Thanks so much for staying with us and we're glad that you enjoyed your ski trip! We'd welcome you and your friends back anytime.

The Cabin at Killington is awesome! We rented both sides of the house for a ski weekend in January and it was perfect for our group of 24 people. The two sides of the house can easily be rented separately or together and the house is in excellent condition. Additionally the owners are very easy to work with and provided tons of detail on the house and the surrounding area. Everyone is already asking me about our trip back in 2014. Thanks for a great weekend!Owner response: Thanks so much for staying with us and we appreciate the kind review. We'd welcome you and your group back anytime!

Everything about the house was really great. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace, views to the mountain and its close proximity to the town. I really don't have any suggestions because it was that good! Thanks for your hospitality and hope to be able to come up and visit again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

This cabin was absolutely perfect. It was easy to find, in a perfect location in relation to the mountain, and had everything we were looking for. It was clean, well-maintained, owner was so flexible and easy to work with. Amenities were great, no need to bring kitchen supplies. The woodstove added the perfect touch, and kept us all warm. The hot tub was amazing, and was used often. Great place, and would definitely recommend it!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Leigh, Thanks so much for staying with us. We're glad that you and your guests enjoyed the house and your ski vacation. We're doing a lot of renovations on the house over the summer, and we hope that you'll use us again next ski season. Thanks again!

During the late winter season, my friends and I decided to take a trip up to Killington for a snowboard/ski trip. Renting this cabin for the long weekend made for one of the greatest weekends of the year thus far! We were in the left side unit, which had ample room to sleep 12 people. The living room actually has a built-in sound system that is also hooked up to the sound system out back with the jacuzzi. A few times during our stay, we encountered quick fix-it issues here and there, but the management was overall very quick to respond. Dave, the owner, was very helpful in helping my friend retrieve some of her lost valuables which she left at the cabin upon our departure. All in all, the Springfield cabin was definitely a great place to stay! I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to venture out to the Killington area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.
Owner response: Thanks so much for your stay and we're glad that you enjoyed your weekend. We hope you'll come again next year!

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2003
About the owner: I'm a former New Yorker who loved snowboarding at Killington and spending time in the mountains of Vermont in the summertime.
Why the Owner Chose Killington:
We found this great cabin just off the Killington Access Road and close to the slopes. We thought this was the perfect mountain retreat for both winter and summer.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The house is on a private road which really helps you to feel like you're away from it all, even when you're close to everything. The back deck and hot tub are surrounded by forest and there is not another home in site. From the front deck you even have mountain views. We've tried to make the house as comfortable as possible and provide every amenity you might need.
