Ann and David, welcome you to our 7 bed 4.5 bathroom home, in the beautiful sunshine state. Comfort at it's best, providing all round family accommodation, catering from tiny tots to grandparents. Whether it is Disney World, Golfing, Site seeing or just relaxation it's all here for you.

Totally refurbished to a high standard in 2008, over $60000 of new interior design, electrical items etc.etc. Total inventory, including, all electrical. The large 24' x 14' outdoor heated pool with bubbling spar, and a detachable child safety fence .Step out onto the shaded lanai with loungers and chairs, which leads to a south facing private pool.

All rooms are fully air conditioned, plus ceiling fans for extra comfort. Two king bedrooms both with 32" LCD TV with built DVD. Five bedrooms (two queen, two standard and one childrens Disney theme room ) each bedroom has it's own 19" LCD TV with built in DVD. The Lounge has a stunning Samsung 52" LCD with DVD and an extra lead for lap top use. Please note: all TV's are wall mounted.

Let's not forget the benefit of the added games room consisting of..7' pool table, indoor table football and a large air hockey. The pool was wonderful and refreshing, especially after walking the parks. Would love to stay there again in the future!

  • My family and i recently arrived back home from staying at Mickey's Mansion. I did not let the others see the pictures of the home prior to arriving and when I opened the door they were all taken back by how beautiful it was. No one could believe that we were able to rent this home for the price we paid. I really felt at home here and all of our needs were clearly met. I will definitely revisit and refer others as well.

  • We think our family were the first to stop here since the new transformation and our first impression was WOW!!! The villa's new owners David and Ann had pulled out all the stops to renovate the house to a high standard. The massive 52" LCD TV was impressive as were all the LCD TV's in all the rooms. The south facing pool provided sunshine all day long and the kids loved the games room. We all appreciated the welcome pack after our long journey from the UK. The management company were also very helpful during our visit. ALL in all a very happy experience. We will cetainly recommend this home to all our friends.

  • The house was beautiful and exactly as expected from the pictures online. We were two families with 9 people and we had way more room than we needed. The outside patio area was very spacious and inviting for eating a meal outside around the table, or for setting up lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun. The pool and hot tub were great! We all enjoyed the games room and the t.v.'s in every bedroom. The young children enjoyed the Mickey and Minnie bedroom. David was very responsive with any of our needs, and we would definitely rent again. We will recommend this home to any of our friends and family who will travel to Florida in the future.

  • This house is great. Ten buddies and I came down in early February for some golf. The house is very close to numerous golf courses, Disney and good food. The house was very clean and well maintained. My buddies loved the fact that there were Plasma/LCD tv's in all of the bedrooms. I will recommend this house to family and friends.

  • My family & I recently stayed here and found it was just as explained from the photos & details on the webpage. The whole house was very clean, including the pool area which is very spacious,and private. The games room was a great place to keep the kids out of mischief on the one day it rained. The club house also had a massive pool and the complex is only 5 mins walk from Disney world. This is one vacation which we will never forget!!!
